Beautiful townhome in the much sought after Mainsail resort. This beautiful property features many upgrades. 3 bedrooms, king sized master with a queen sleeper sofa, master bath and balcony. 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath. This bedroom also has a balcony. Third bedroom has a bunkbed. 3rd Shower downstairs.
This gated Mainsail community offers private, Gulf coast, white-sand beach... on the Emerald Coast. Walk to beach - less than 100 yards with NO ROADS TO CROSS. Included are two pools, one is heated year round, the other, the larger pool between the condo buildings has has a zero depth kiddie pool and hot tub. There are also gas and charcoal grills located at either pool for guests use. Fitness center located on site. Also, a arcade for the little ones! Mainsail has a large amount of common area, which is great to fly a kite, play football, etc. Conveniently located with access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance. Quiet during the winter months for a peaceful getaway! 2 cars allowed per mainsail. March 1st through October we offer 2 beach chairs & umbrella. Additional chairs can be purchased through the beach attendant.

Great time

Everything was as advertised. Very Well stocked kitchen. One minor hiccup but was addressed promptly and courteously. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Family getaway

We have stayed at the Mainsail complex for multiple years in cottages and in condo's. This was our first time in the townhome building and the property was great. Extended family had booked two houses away. Love the location, close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Townhome was clean and well appointed.

We love the beaches in Miramar and this was a great place to stay to enjoy them. The property was great. Diane was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Great townhouse!!!

The unit was perfect for two families with one child each who loved their bunk room! The host couldn’t have been easier to work with and very accommodating! We will be back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The townhome was well stocked with items for we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Dianne was very helpful and answered any questions very timely. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

The pictures of this listing are absolutely accurate. If anything, this unit is even nicer. Everything we needed for two families was available, plus much more. When a problem arose (at no fault of the owner), contact was immediate, and it was worked out within a short period. The location to the smaller pool was very close. Here it is July, and that pool was almost always private with nobody there. The large pool was also nice. We felt very safe with this unit and area.

Fantastic Jewel on the Emerald Coast

First of all, Dianne was a very attentive and wonderful communicative host. This townhome was perfect for us. It is nestled in a small gated community with easy access to the lovely beach. The kitchen is well stocked which meant a lot, because we love to cook as a family. So many beautiful touches in the property. Would definitely return to this townhome! Thanks, Dianne!

Perfect Family Beach Vacay

Great townhome located in Mainsail condos. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The bunk area (not really a bedroom) is very warm from the morning sun so highly recommend bringing a portable fan if you have kids planning to sleep there. Overall, it was a great stay. The beach was never overcrowded the way it tends to be in Destin and there were other amenities like tennis courts, pool, and gym. Starbucks, chic-fil-a, and the outlet mall literally across the street. Dianne and Leigh were great hosts!

Perfect townhome for our family!

This townhome was beautiful, with great amenities, and accommodated our family perfectly! There were eight of us—our two adult sons and their wives and our teenage son and a friend. We love the Mainsail community and beach property and have stayed at Mainsail for years. This was our first time to stay in a townhome at Mainsail, and we loved it. Being able to park right next to your door and not having to lug groceries up an elevator made the townhome experience a huge plus! We definitely plan to stay here again! Thank you to our great hostesses, the Halvorson’s!

Misleading and Not Clean

The host was friendly and responsive leading up to our stay. However, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the property. The home was not clean—there were dirty dishes in the put away, food on counter tops in the kitchen, and even bloodstains on the bedsheets. This was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. We understand it was the cleaning company’s fault as shared by the host. It was also frustrating that I had to call Vrbo twice to receive a refund for the cleaning fee. The host did not respond with a final resolution until after Vrbo intervened and processed the refund.

We did respond & you didn’t respond back . The cleaners would’ve came out that day but you didn’t let us know what your problems were until the next day. You also mentioned you were going to send videos and pictures and we never received them. We’ve never had a complaint before you are a first ones.. this is what I sent you . Thank you. Please send me an email with the full name of who the check needs to be sent out to and the address. Our cleaning service did not refund us, but we want to refund you guys for the work that you had to do. Thank you for staying with us and we are sorry about our cleaning service

This place was well equipped, cozy and quiet. very convenient to the beach and pool area. And right across the street from grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Other places were just a short drive. I will definitely stay here again!
