About this property

4 Bed, Emerald Shores Home! 2 Pool Community, next to large pool! Walk to beach!

You will love the natural beauty of Emerald Shores, a private gated community of upscale houses, in a tropical setting. Our updated home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, across from the pool and a short walk to the tennis/pickle ball court. There's a large master bedroom with private bath that includes an over-sized whirlpool and wrap around balcony. You will find it all here. Just a short walk to the white sand beach. We have a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, washer and dryer. We are located about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center, south of hwy#98 in the center of Emerald Shores subdivision.

Fine dining, outstanding golf courses, and designer outlet mall just minutes away, with incredible fishing nearby. All of the bedrooms have televisions. The large pool is just across the street from our home and the small pool is a short stroll and for our Emerald Shores owners and guests only. The private beach tram operates all summer long, the pavilion is for owners and guests only where restrooms and outdoor showers are available for your convenience.

We have our yearly family vacay in Miramar/Destin every year, and we have stayed at a lot of different places. This place was perfect for our family- plenty of room, beautiful neighborhood, short walk to the beach. The house had everything that we needed, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful view off the balcony. Highly recommend this place!

Great location to stay for the Destin area. Steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. There are several local restaurants close by and the beach was a great place to watch the fireworks!

Dan and Nora have been married for the past fifty five years, Nora was born in Dublin Ireland ,they have two children Dan jr and Patty, they have four grand children ages 32, 28, 26 and 25. Our kids love coming to Destin each year.
They love the beaches, pool, golfing and all the family activities that Destin has to offer.

Truly an outstanding location. Experience it all - walk to Emerald Coast beach, one of the best in the world, along with golfing, dining, shopping and many more fine attractions.

Great location next to the heated pool in a safe quiet cul de sac location. Great shopping only about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center and several blocks west of Silver Sands shopping center. We are just a short walk to the beach.
