Great location and fabulous pools.

This condo was clean and accurate in its description. The facility had multiple pools that was fantastic for kids and multiple play grounds. The club house had equipment for pickleball, ping pong, etc. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Great location near multiple beautiful parks.

Great place to rest and relax between activities

We like the decor. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and great parking options. We would stay here again. We weren’t able to use the pools or other amenities because of time with our other activities ( biking on the many paved biking trails available here).

Very nice, comfortable, spacious, clean and private. Communication with landlord was simple and prompt. Definitely will book this place again, hopefully it is available on 03/2024 weekend.

Family trip

We were in St George for a family wedding and had several family members staying in the same complex. Our unit was so lovely and clean. The many choices of pools to use was awesome for our group. Easy to get to. No issues.

Great location and communication and amenities. The kitchen could have been better equiped, i.e. coffee maker that works and a few more plates and bowls. The master shower is very hard to pull on.

2week stay

We came to St George wile out bathroom was remodeled in Poulsbo Wa. Our Grandchildren live in Utah and did visit for 3days. This condo suited our needs. It had 2 bedrooms and an indoor pool on the property. The condo does need a repainting of baseboard and the cupboards over the refrigerator were crooked and there were no wine glasses. Also there was no fan in the Masterbath. Otherwise it was fine. They do need to clean the barbecue though.

We should have stayed in a hotel. Upon arrival, not one bed was safe from a pillow with multiple hairs. Not just multiple hairs from the same person, we found short brown, long black, red, medium brown, and caramel colored hairs through out. The master bedroom comforter had hairs on top of it as well as on the under side when we pulled them back. The master bathroom had red hair on the sink and counter closest to the door. Under the counter, I found a pill but couldn't read the numbers on it to verify what it was. I have a small child, so that was not only scary but totally unsafe and should not have been missed under any circumstance. Under the other sink was something that looked similar to a white tic-tac and next to it was a hairball. Another issue was showers. We're a family of four and my son started feeling cold water after about 7 minutes but said the water never got hot. We checked the water heater and it was set to below the actual recommended temperature of 125. The husband took a shower about 10 hours later and experienced the same thing. When letting management know of the issues, I was apologized to- sort of. The excuse for hair was "sorry there were hairs from either static or clinging from the wash". Unacceptable, considering the 20 hairs were very visible to the naked eye. That speaks volumes to the management, washer/dryer unit in the condo washing the linens, AND the cleaning company. Pitiful excuses for the water heater and showers too. Never again

Great for a quick getaway

This property is great for weekend getaway. Lots of fun activities on site - pools, mini-golf, basketball, kids playground, etc. Condo was well-equipped and we enjoyed eating on the patio every night. We are planning to return!

Perfect Rental

This condo is a perfect for a family! We loved having the bottom floor, beds were great, a shower and a bath tub for little kids, beds were comfy and great for everyone. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway

Open layout, new or like new appliances including full size set laundry. Walk-in shower for disabled parents. Commodes could or should sit taller for disabled, have guest access for Roku and update board games (not all pieces are available to play). Still 5 out of 5 though as there is so much to do in the area.

Convenient and comfortable

Kitchen is small but had everything we needed Close to everywhere. I did let the property manager know we had a problem with the master shower. They got back to me quickly, but we didn’t let them know until the day we left. Since we had two bathrooms we used the tub shower Nice 1st floor unit, quiet and close to parking

Pools Pools Pools Galore

We have been visiting St. George, Utah as a vacation destination for the last 4 years. We love the beautiful scenery, hiking, biking, visiting the state and federal parks and of course swimming at the pools and many lakes located throughout. We discovered this property via VRBO. We loved the photos provided which were exactly as we experienced. It was a short walking distance to the 4 major pools. What convinced me was the two sliding tubes. My grandkids enjoyed all the pools. We visited them twice a day for 7 days. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the amenities you would find at your own home. The property looks to be over 30 years old, but well maintained. Carpets in the bedroom seemed new and clean. Our only issue was checking in. They provide you with a keycode for the front door effective 4 pm check-in day. We arrived at 4:10 pm local time The keycode did not work. We contacted the emergency number. She provided us with two more keycodes that did not work. She then contacted a maintenance supervisor who arrived 30 minutes later. We tried keying in any of the passcodes because my kids needed to use the bathroom immediately. Finally the original worked. They accidentally posted the arrival time at 4:30 pm local time.

The Place

A little shabby compared to other Las Palmas properties we have stayed in before. Towel rack in Master bathroom was broker. The furniture is getting worn. No fan in the master bathroom and no spray to freshen it up. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay.
