About this property

Spacious 4-bedroom house w/2 living rooms and game room Post Falls with AC

This property located minutes from parks, Silverwood theme park, Cda lake and resort and Spokane. Lots of opportunities to hike or rest at the local beaches and parks. 15 min drive from Spokane valley shopping mall.
- Kitchen: fully stocked with items to cook or bake with.
- Downstairs: game room has a 65-inch tv for streaming and XBOX gaming. Ping pong and foosball table.
-Outside: Upper and lower covered deck with gas grill, and large fenced yard. Plenty of space to visit with family and friends. Lots of yard games.
-Downstairs: Washer/dryer with deteragent in the bathroom . We also have lots of extra towels and beach towels/toys.
-We love to host for families. We have hard and soft coolers, folding chairs, folding wagon and sand toys for your visit. We will not host parties that will disrupt the neighborhood. We would consider Hosting baby or Bridal showers.(please contact us) We take pride in our home and ask our renters to take care of it. If we have concerns we will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave. Quiet time is 10pm. We also will charge for any extensive cleaning if needed or items broken. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer them.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had such a great weekend here! The house had plenty of space, lots of games and activities to enjoy inside/outside and everything we could possibly need during our stay. Angy was super helpful and always willing to help with anything. You can really tell she cares about making guests feel comfortable. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again

Three teenage boys escorted by an adult, traveling for sports camp, were blown away by the size of the home and by the game room and living areas. The neighborhood is showing its age (1970s - 1980s) but is safe and quiet. An excellent golf course and neighborhood is adjacent. We very much appreciated access to games, video games, outdoor TV, beach gear and wagon, etc.

Our stay at this property was incredible from start to finish. The central location made exploring the area incredibly convenient, saving us so much travel time. The house itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. We slept wonderfully thanks to the ultra-comfortable beds. The kitchen was an absolute dream, fully stocked with every utensil and gadget you could ever possibly need. The highlight for us was the massive, beautiful backyard. It provided the perfect private oasis to unwind after a long day of softball. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The house was awesome! We were there for a family celebration, our 40th wedding anniversary with the whole family, all my grandbabies! House is well stocked with just about anything you could need unexpectedly. Loved that there were games galore for all ages including a ping pong table! Spacious yard and great outside space! My favorite as I run hot was it had AC and lots of cuddle blankets for movie watching! It was clean and very welcoming, definitely felt like home and you could easily relax… there were tv’s in bedrooms and outside just in case there was an argument over what to watch and the kitchen was great and well stocked with pots and pans, a toaster and a mixer, it really was well stocked!It is the perfect place to have a family vacay…

Great for our Vacation

We loved the Post Falls area and tthe vrbo was really close to most places we wanted to go . it was kind of a hub for us since we attended a wedding in Otis Orchards and we also spent time in Hayden and Courdalene and Wallace. Perfect. And a vety roomy place.

Great house for family get-together

This property is in a great neighborhood and close to stores and other points of interest. It is a warm and welcoming home that worked well for a gathering of four adults and six children. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals for a large group. There were games to keep the children entertained.

The house was amazing. Clean and had everything we needed and extra for our huge family. We visited Silverwood theme park while we was there and it's only 25-30 mins away. Very convenient location close to stores and other places. Would definitely rent from them again.

Everything you could need and more!

This is a very spacious property with a huge back yard, rec room with ping pong table, foose ball table, games, etc, and sleeping for 11 (though we only were a family of 5). It is well equipped with everything you could need for your trip to the area, and it is very conveniently located near I90 in a very quiet neighborhood.
