Relax in our pet-friendly home! This townhouse s is bright and comfortable with a private walled patio, sky deck and onsite parking. Excellent amenities, indoor gas fireplace, new furniture and hotel-grade linens and towels. Free on-site parking.

Wi-fi and a desk nook for remote work.

Swim in the community salt water pool and hot tub.
For Summer of 2025 we have added a queen sofa bed in the living area! Let us know if you want to use it when you make the reservation and we will put out additional sheets and towels.

Use the yellow/orange towels from the bathroom at the pool and hot tub.

Towels are not available at the pool. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower.

Jan was an amazing host! She provided everything that we needed for a successful mini vacation. The educational materials and maps of Tubac were greatly appreciated. Jan went the extra mile for everything Example: she not only accepted our little dog at the very last minute, she left "head" lights for us to walk him. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to another stay at Jan's property.

There were some issues- forwarded to host for further action. Area is pretty desolate. Nearest mkt is some 20 mls away. Be nice if property had their own BBQ grill, instead of the community unit. Overall....OK.

One of the best...

We enjoyed the location: Close to the De Anza Trail, a healthy walk into Tubac, very close to the pool and hot tub. It was the time of year when mornings are cold and days are warm so we appreciated both the fireplace and the pool. House is very clean and neat. What would have made the stay perfect was more usable outdoor spaces: The outdoor furniture (rooftop and patio) need to be replaced. We had folding chairs with us because another review had commented on this, but it seems like an easy fix to make. Would stay again. Indoor furniture and decor all very nice.

Lovely neighborhood and the property was charming and very comfortable.

We were centrally located nearTucson, many attractions to choose from and, a short walk away from the lovely community of Tubac. Shopping was great and it was a marvelous place to 'chill out". The sun was out every day except one. People in the neighborhood were very friendly.The kitchen is stocked with utensils and is wonderful for someone who likes to cook.

This Townhome is AMAZING

I will HIGHLY recommend staying at this Townhome. Jen is a great host & the home is immaculate. Clean, super cozy & has everything you need. My husband and I agree this is the best place we have ever stayed at in our many travels. It has both beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and within walking distance to the historic Tubac Town Center. Thank you Jen for making this such a pleasant stay.

Modern Convenience & Classic Charm in Tubac

I was so blessed to be able to stay at this wonderful home in Tubac. Having stumbled upon the town about a year prior, a last minute overnight at the Tubac Golf Resort, led me to discover the natural beauty and rich history of the area. My desire grew over the months following that 1st visit, to return to the town - spend more tine, and explore as much of the area as I could. Having thoroughly enjoyed the TGR, I wanted to see what things were like in the nearby Barrio de Tubac community. It was clear that the builders wanted to keep the AZ Territory / Spanish Looks in place, but also just as clear that they wanted to bring in all of the modern comforts of a planned community - like a great pool/spa area and fitness center. Not only that, but the builders and association have thoughtfully designed the outdoor areas to include natural habitat planting - which were the perfect draw for thousands of beautiful butterflies, which we encountered every time we walked in and out of the courtyard of our stay. Once inside the courtyard gate of the home, we were greated by a pleasant and comfortable array of plants, table, chairs, and decor that made for the perfect resting place, while not missing out on the star lit sky or cooler evening air. But a closer look at the sky was just right up the stairs on the roof top deck. The interior of the condo was tastefully decorated with an artistic flare, set up a foundation of southwest soul. The unit was very comfortable & well equipped! 5⭐

Inside comfort, outside not so much.

The townhome was comfortable and well-equipped. We were very disappointed in the outdoor furniture, however. Since our priority for going to Tubac in February was to enjoy the warm weather, it would have been nice to have comfortable and nice places to sit and/or recline outside. The chairs around the table in the courtyard were serviceable, but not comfortable for more than a short time. The chairs upstairs on the deck were in bad shape, and there were no ottomans or any place to put your feet up. We also needed a table for food and drinks. The only small table up there had a worn woven top that was not sturdy enough to hold glasses safely.

Comfortable & Convenient

We recommend and would stay again. Very comfortable bed with nice bedding. Everything was provided to make for an enjoyable two week vacation. Loved how close the unit is to the pool.

Great place in Tubac

Cute rental in Tubac. Perfect for a couple. We stayed 2 nights and found it very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. It has a lovely patio and sky deck but it was pretty chilly to sit outside in the evening. Easy walk or drive into Tubac. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

What a gem!

So glad we found this little gem in Tubac, AZ. This condo has everything - a full kitchen, a washer & dryer, a smart TV to watch just about anything you want, a super comfy bed, and don't forget the delightful rooftop balcony to enjoy a drink and gaze at the stars. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smells amazing! And it's quiet - which we really appreciate. This location provides easy access to the town center, as well as being walking minutes away from the De Anza Trail. And what a beautiful trail it is! A great place to "get lost in nature," yet, not get lost. Jan is amazing and we communicated throughout the stay - she's wonderful at providing tips for dining, birding, or anything else you may want to know about the area. We had such a lovely time visiting and will definitely return to Best Nest!
