Welcome to your private, tropical oasis in Navarre, FL! Adriatica is a beautiful home less than 10 minutes to the sugar white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach. You will have the home all to yourselves (master BR will be locked).
-Huge 42' x 34', private Mediterranean resort-style pool (ready for use now! Hot tub is TBD).

Overall Decor
- The space is beautifully decorated with tropical plants, colorful hues, and coastal decor giving a relaxing and beachy vibe.

3 Guest Bedrooms & 2 Full Bathrooms
- The King bedroom faces the front of the house and has a 55" HDTV hung and floating on the wall.

- The Queen bedroom faces the side of the house and has a 50" HDTV hung and floating on the wall.

- The Twin bunk room faces the front porch, has 4 single beds (2 bunk beds + twin extension to make 1 king on the bottom bunk+ 1 trundle bed).
This room doesn't have a TV. The closet in this room is locked for host access only.
- All bedrooms have a smart hub device to set the thermostat, set an alarm, and play music in your bedroom.

- All bedrooms also have ample storage for clothing and accessories.
- Bathroom #1 has a large vanity, a window for natural light, soap, toilet paper, mirror, hair dryer and a shower/bathtub.
-Bathroom #2 also serves as the laundry room and has a shower, small vanity and a relaxing tropical spa vibe.

- Spacious south-facing outdoor living area receives tons of sunshine throughout the day.
- The patio is beautifully decorated with tropical plants making it feel like you're in the rainforest.
- There are 3 ceiling fans so you can still be comfortable during the day on the comfy lounge chairs and outdoor sofa.
- There are smart bulb-enabled lamps that change color via voice commands so you can change up the vibe outside at night or just use them for reading light.
- There's an outdoor dining area for 6 people
- The patio is screened in so you can still enjoy the scenic views of the pool but you're safe from the bugs.
- There are LED candles you can light via a remote to further set a calming ambiance at night.

Garage
-Garbage can be placed inside the garage in the grey can. Pickup day is Tuesday morning and cans can be wheeled out to the end of the driveway if you would like the trash picked up during your stay.

Guest Access
You'll have the entire home to yourselves (master BR and Twin BR closet will be locked). Please park in the driveway for the duration of your stay. You can still access the garbage can in the garage.
