- Great Views - Pretty Quiet - Lots of Beach to see - Pool was super clean - Great food opportunities- just need to look - Teen- Friendly - Many extracurricular activities - Locals were a great help (please be respectful) - Super long pier to walk off your supper Slight hiccup with arrival - but, hashed out in a jiffy - good customer service. awesome location. i would suggest the place furnished 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, beach towels, sink plugs so you could fill sink with water, the closet doors be put on in the front bedroom. maybe update the binder to be the same as what the texts say. we stripped the beds per the binder instructions and then later read the text that said not to. But it was a great place to stay for the week with plenty of room and right on the beach which was awesome!

Great time at navarre beach summerwind resort [501, summerwind w]We just spent a wonderful fun and relaxing week in navarre beach. Our unit was terrific, and when we come back, this is the unit we will try to reserve. It was faultlessly clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Large living area, and each bedroom had its own television and adjoining bath. The king, and two queen beds were comfortable, and just what we needed for the folks staying with us there. We were high enough that we could sit on the balcony and see the beach and fishing pier clearly, but could still easily watch our grandkids play in the pool below us. Everything we needed for preparing our meals and snacks was there and in good condition. Just an outstanding stay! Thank you!

Everything was wonderful except the screen door to the patio needs repair. Also we had an issue with the smoke alarms. Despite multiple calls, we were not able to get anyone to help us.

Great location. Great condo.

This condo is spacious. The wraparound balcony is perfect for viewing the beautiful ocean. The furniture is a little worn, but we had teenagers so we didn’t care.. All the TVs worked well. The back sliding glass door worked well. There were several fans in case we wanted to use them. The kitchen was stocked. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe put double twins or 2 double beds in the extra bedrooms to avoid using the uncomfortable sofa bed.

Fine but could have been better

Construction on site limited access, parking and 1 of 2 elevators, oven broiler did not work; electric outlets in back baths did not work; water flooded parking lot and no water to apartment for an entire evening. Nice unit; very nice complex; great location. Just failed to maintain quality for the price.

Beach vaca

The condo is just as pictured. Conveniently located on the beach. The condo was clean except for a few little things. There was still sand in the bathtubs from previous renters. There was also a French fry under the table as well. The sliding glass door that leads to the balcony is extremely hard to open and close. We had to start using the sliding glass door located in the bedroom so we could access the balcony.

Had a great stay. Nice condo, beds were all really good. Only problem was the tub drained super slow in the front bathroom. Every time I showered I was standing in water above my ankles. I reported on the first day but it was never fixed. One other issue was the front door. It didn’t close by itself. It would hang up at the threshold so you had to be sure to pull it all the way closed. Until we notified everyone staying with us that you had to do that, we came back a few times to the door being open. Other than that a great place.

Booted at Summer wind west

Checked in at the unit at 4. Didn’t park in the unloading zone because there was a suburban unloading. Sign said 15 minutes and tow away zone. Once in our unit the internet was out. Texted back and forth for an hour and finally got a call from Vacasa Got that working and discovered the electronic door lock wasn’t working correctly. Got that working. Took over an hour for all this. Went back to the vehicle to put the parking pass on our dash and discovered my truck was booted. Cost me 270.00. I wouldn’t stay at this facility again.

Summer Vacation

The condo was perfect size for our family. The condo was not cleaned properly! The rugs were not vacuumed well! The beds had sand in them. There were candy wrappers in the corners of living room floor and pieces of candy in the floor. The balcony had trash on it. The balcony sliding door handle was broken off and off track. You had to access the balcony through the master bedroom balcony door. The master bedroom light over the sink only had two bulbs working. The broiler on the stove didn't work and one side of the toaster was broken. The condo could have definitely been cleaned better and simple fixes to minor things could have been done. We did call regarding the balcony door and they came within 2 days to look at but had to order the items to fix. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next guest. Really enjoyed the size and location and access to the beach.

The floors very dirty would turn your feet black. Sliding glass door to get on balcony to view the gulf was broken (latch on door not there). Filter for water in refrigerator needed to be replaced. Called Vacasa the day of arrival. No call no show from anyone to fix. These were our main concerns.
