This spacious 520 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.

NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.

$100 fee for any lost keys.

$200 fee for lost parking garage access card.

Santa Fe Gem Stay!

Accommodations were first class! We appreciated the amenities and southwest decor! We amazed by the central location and enjoyed being in the heart of the city ! Also host gave great local recommendations and we will return again.

This property was truly a home for the holidays. Our family came together in Santa Fe for Christmas and my husband and I stayed in this beautiful unit. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and very conveniently located close to just about everything.

Chique Convenience

While we have stayed in Santa Fe before, the location of Paul’s place is impeccable. All of the main attractions are within walking distance. The food recommendations were fabulous. The condo itself is clean, well cared for, and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone who wants to explore Santa Fe by foot.

I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.

We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.

We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.

Walk outside into the heart of Santa Fe surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, historic churches, museums and more.

You can grab coffee or kombucha and listen to music down the hall at Remix Audio bar. Downstairs you can lunch at Tres Colores Mexican or savor locally made La Lecheria ice cream. Across the street is award-winning La Boca Spanish food restaurant or if you crave Italian head next door to Il Piatto or Osteria d'Asssi. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

What makes this property unique

The location of this stylish and well-appointed unit is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options. During the warm months there is also a moped service downtown.
