Great apartment, in a convenient location to explore the Cote d'Azur. Villefranche-sur-Mer is a beautiful old town, with a short stroll to the beach club (try to pre-book) and public beach. Plus a local train station, with trains every 10 mins in either direction to explore the coast. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep.The town has steep steps and windy streets, so bear that in mind for anyone with mobility issues, as the apartment is near the top of the hill. Would recommend a taxi from Nice airport, rather than the train, otherwise luggage will need to be carried/wheeled up those steps.Lovely bakery and mini-mart shop also, just down the street from the apartment. Myles was really helpful and allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier, even though the apartment wasn't ready to access.

The property has an excellent location, and the balcony offers stunning views. Milles, Who greeted us, was friendly and welcoming. Kitchen is well equipped. However, the flat's decor is somewhat disappointing, with furniture that appears tired and mismatched, giving the lounge an uninviting feel. The small bathroom is in need of some TLC to improve its condition.The cleaning was only basic; it could definitely be more thorough. One important point is the 10 am check out. It is too early, particularly if your flight is a late one. Additionally, the bed linen and pillows could be more comfortable and better maintained. Overall, with some updates, better cleaning and some flexibility with check-out arrangements, this place could be greatly improved.

Very comfortable, well located, lovely view

The apartment is as represented and was very comfortable for our four week stay. It is very well located, splitting the distance between the language school and the sea-front. The terrace is very nice and the view to the bay and the sea is mesmerizing.

great location. walkable to everything. while the kitchen was well stocked, we needed more paper products- including toilet paper which we purchased ourselves. We also could have used more towels. air is a great location but noisy as it faces the street. the balcony was the sweet spot to spend time.

Perfect introduction to the south of France.

The property was lovely and the location was perfect. Easy walking to groceries and libations as well as restaurants. The terrace made the stay. Morning coffee and evening drinks with local wine cheese and sausages. Beach was just a short walk away. And the welcoming flowers and wine ser the stage for a lovely stay.
