This is our second stay at this cute, little getaway! We love the rooftop balcony and the soft Murphy bed. Check in was a breeze and the location of the property is very convenient to all Austin has to offer. We will definitely stay again!
This is a great little stay and the raised porch is a joy to use. Checking in is very easy. The location is a bit underwhelming but for the price and the overall experience it's a fantastic. There are included two Air Conditioning units (the one above the bed should be cleaned as of the writing of this review) which really help in Texas.
I loved this rental space. Perfect for one person or a couple. very convenient to everyplace I needed to go. Nicely furnished with a very comfortable Murphy bed. I will definitely stay there again.
Honestly super cute space, mini kitchenette. Great for our quick trip to Austin. Loved the upstairs patio - bathroom is

The place was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed that the murphy bed was nice and soft. The fridge was just the right size. and I felt very safe behind two locked doors with multiple locks. I loved the natural light from the balcony door. The security bar for the slider was a nice touch. The host was communicative, but not so much as to be intrusive. All in all, it was every thing I needed on this trip.
It looked much nicer in the photos than what it actually was. There was a ton of light coming in from the windows and I ended up having to leave and not stay at at all because of a huge roach that came out from under the mini fridge. I still have not received my refund for 1/2 nights. I did not sleep there the first night either. I didn't feel like my car was safe there either. Not a good experience.
So cute quiet get away for my birthday. Loved big patio.
Texted owner at 2am about ac (so sorry for late text btw) and she responded kindly and as soon as she could.
We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin.
This cute, clean little efficiency unit has everything you need. Comfy bed, rooftop patio in the shade, nicely appointed. Coffee and shopping close by; downtown 10 minutes away. Safe neighborhood for walking.
Location was easy to find as the directions provided were simple. House/guest quarters were cute and clean. Felt safe and the house had the basics for showering and coffee. Didn’t realize the bed was a Murphy bed until I got there but it was comfortable so no complaints. The little patio area is nice and private. Also the chicken biscuit place basically next door makes for a great breakfast!
We were in town for a wedding. This place was great because it was away from the bustle of the city but close enough to enjoy when we chose to. We drove in to Austin easily on Friday for a welcome party and enjoyed the wedding in Dripping Springs on Saturday. We did some exploring in Waco and San Antonio. The trails in the area are great. Muller Park is a fun place to run and Mt. Bonner is a must is you like an easy hike. The apartment was just big enough for the two of us and had everything we needed.
No major issues, but just not the best experience I've ever had.

Busy intersection
I would have liked more honesty about 1) the deck overlooks a Shell station 2) please label photos indicating which unit they represent 3) needed a knife for cutting 4) maybe a few more glasses/cups
Please add info about the area. Eg let people know they absolutely need a car to stay here
