Cozy back cottage walking distance to beach.
Welcome to Belmar! We are so happy to have you as our guest. Please read before booking.
We are located just 3 ½ blocks to the beach (between C and D street, about a 7 min. walk to the beach ) and centrally located in town which is walking distance to some of the Jersey Shore’s hottest nightlife and local restaurants. Surrounding towns include Asbury Park and Point Pleasant.
The rear cottage that consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (shower only), and 1 spare room with an open concept kitchen and living room. The backyard is reserved for back house which with hammock, two lounge chairs, and outdoor seating.
*What we provide:
To make sure your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible, we will have (almost) everything covered. We include shower toiletries, (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, toilet paper ), 4 bath and4 beach towels, bedding, and a full kitchen (microwave, stove with cookware, toaster oven, ect.), 2 beach badges and 2 beach chairs.
(Beach badges required from 9am-6pm weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends. Children 13 years of age and under are free. Daily passes available for purchase.)
*Rules:
We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests and our property. Please respect our neighbors. Zero tolerance for loud parties, extra guests on property, smoking on site, and/or disrespectful behavior to our home. No unsupervised children. All guests must be 25 or older unless parents/legal guardian is present during the length of the stay.
