- No smoking or vaping, pets, trailer or RV parking per HOA rules
- No grill is provided, and portable grills are not allowed on the balcony or boardwalk due to fire code
- Dock access is currently unavailable while construction is underway
- Check-in is after 4 PM; Check-out is before 10 AM
- Only the number of registered guests may stay overnight
- Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 10 PM
- The balcony door should remain closed when the AC is running
