property very nice and clean

The property and condo are beautiful, both were everything we hoped it would be! The only problems we had were no tv signal the first day and kitchen light would only come on half of the time. It was a great place to stay with the family!

We met some very nice people in the pool! Loved the BBQ area, we had our last night dinner on the picnic table and the yard area is beautiful!

Regency Isle is a great place to stay in OBA. This unit was nice although showing some wear. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the necessities.

Beautiful, spacious, great view!!!!!

This condo was great! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Absoloutley beautiful view of the water. Beds are very comfortable....that is important to me. Owners made themselves very available if we needed anything. Really enjoyed it, would love to come back!

It's not fun to come in from the beach and have no water.

The condo was very nice. We were there for four nights. We had several times during our stay that we had no water. My daughter got engaged while we were there. We were all trying to get ready to go eat for the engagement on Friday night. There was no water! The HOA was gone and we had a really hard time getting someone on the phone. It was a while before it came back on. When we got up the next morning to make coffee the water was off.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry about the water issue that you encountered during your stay. This was a building wide issue as the sensor to the water pump was malfunctioning. The HOA had techs there working through the night to try and have this issue taken care of. The water issue is completely repaired now. Thanks, Alabama Getaway

Property was great. Views were amazing. Management addressed every problem we had in timely manner. My only complaint, and had it not been storming a couple days that we were there I would not have noticed, but their TV channels are terrible! When stuck in condo with kids you need better TV!

Great spacious end unit with views of both the bay and Gulf!!

Our family really enjoyed this three bedroom three and a half bath end unit. Our family consists of my wife and I in our late 40's , a 24 year old daughter who is married and has a newborn, a 21 year old daughter and a 20 year old son. So that's 6 adults and our granddaughter and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the balcony and those high chairs were great for just relaxing and taking in the fantastic view day or night. Also the table for six out there was well used for lunches. The wet bar was great as well with the ice maker being so convenient and the finding the blenders in the cabinets underneath was a great touch and yes we did put them to use. Kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and cooking supplies. Even grill utensils which we used down at the grill area where we found four brand new gas grills and noticed that they are cleaned weekly. Pool areas are great as well as the boardwalk out to the beach.

Now for what didn't go so well. There is presently a lot of construction going on to the whole building. Every weekday from 8 till 4 there were guys hammer drilling in different areas constantly and it is VERY LOUD!! as well as one of the parking levels being repainted and surfaced during our week of stay. As for our unit there could have been a better job done by the cleaners before our arrival. Dried vomit on the balcony, and some food splatter on back splash area in kitchen. I normally would't write about something like this but no one ever came to address these issues even though the owner said in a text that someone would come the following morning. We just cleaned it ourselves and enjoyed our stay after no one showed.

All in all we had a great time and loved the condo and its amenities and would recommend it to anyone.

Also a great thing to do if you have the time is go to the Pensacola Naval Air Station. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays you can attend for free, a Blue Angels air show.

Owner's Response: We are so happy that you loved the condo. It is one of our favorites and we have had the wonderful pleasure of managing it for 8 years now. We are so sad about the housekeeping issue. Before every single guest arrival, we personally check the property and a housekeeping inspector also checks the property. We go to great measures to prevent any housekeeping issues or guest complaints. We are so sorry the balcony mess and oven backsplash splatters were overlooked. As soon as you reported, we did tell you that cleaning would be out the next morning to take care of the issues. We passed your message on to housekeeping, but obviously, the ball was dropped somewhere with our communication since housekeeping did not get out there. We had no idea that housekeeping never showed until we read your review. We wish so much that you had let us know no one showed up...we would have personally handled at any hour had we known. We work so closely with our housekeeping company and cannot think of another time this year our communication has failed with them. However, your feedback has caused us to make sure that we follow up with them in the future when we have issues like this. Once again, we are so sorry. We will use your feedback to do better.
