#338 Pointe - 2 Bedroom Lakefront Condo at Mariners SML

Welcome to Unit 338
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This End Unit, 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3 on the 3rd floor.
This unit offers king size beds in both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Living area also has seating for 5 and has a dining table that seats 4. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! You can even open the windows for some fresh air! This balcony has seating for 4 people.

Quick Trip

We were there less than 36 hours due to the early check out of 10 am. While the booking, check in & unit were all very easy and convenient, checkout @ 10 am is not a fair ask. Check out should be between 11-12 pm or there should be some sort of hospitality room for storing items and/or freshening up so the day can still be enjoyed. The unit itself was very nice, clean & updated. The water was extremely hard leaving me feel like I never showered.
