AUGUST SUMMER WEEK STILL AVAIL!!! Amazing spot across from Bottle Bay Marina!!!

Newly UPDATED INSIDE, NEW DECK WITH JACUZZI, WATER TOYS, VIEWS
NEW DOCK summer 2020. There is also a NEW BATHROOM en suite to the Primary Bedroom upstairs 2023. The photos do not yet show it, but it is bigger and better. The lakeside gazebo remains the same.
Large kitchen, 3 upgraded bathrooms, mudroom, new deck BEAUTIFUL

The entire house is oriented toward the amazing lake views. It feels as if you are floating above the lake! The kitchen, dining and living area are a wonderful and comfortable area to enjoy the view and relax on comfortable newer furnishings. There is a window AC unit for this living space. Adjacent is an additional family room (game room) with t.v., dvd, air hockey and game table. From this room you can access the backyard where there is a new wrap around deck nestled in the beautiful tree's with a view of the lake. Enjoy a bbq here and a great rest in the shade on the hammock. 4-person jacuzzi nestled behind house in the trees.

The second story accommodates all the bedrooms. The primary bedroom runs the width of the house with a french doors out onto a private deck with lake and mountain views. 2023 new bathroom and walk-in closet added, upgraded lighting and ceiling fan.The additional lake view room has a comfortable full size bed and large closet. The kids bunk-room has 2 sets of XL twin bunkbeds for all the kids or comfortable for adults too! The fourth bedroom is surrounded by the views of the beautiful back forest that you can view from the comfortable queen bed. Every bedroom has a CEILING FAN.

The Lakeside Gazebo is where you will spend most of your time. With a built-in fireplace and comfortable seating this will become your favorite spot. The dock can park 1 boats and there is plenty of space for fishing, swimming and lounging. The house has two 2-person kayaks and a Stand Up Paddleboard with life vests for your use.

The Lake House is directly across from the Bottle Bay Marina for gas, boat rentals, restaurant, bar, outdoor eating area, and jet ski rentals. This is a quick car ride, long walk or fun kayak trip away.

We are an active family of five that enjoys surfing, skateboarding, bike rides and beach time while living in San Diego, CA.

Why they chose this property

In 2007, our family took a 2 week vacation in Sandpoint, ID and it was the best family vacation we had ever had. We have come back every summer since. Even though we stayed in other homes on Lake Pend O'reille, our favorite location was Bottle Bay.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing about our home is the amazing sunsets and long warm days. Because the house is west facing (on the Bay) the house and boat dock and swimming area receive full sun from morning until 9pm. Our second favorite thing to do is kayak across the bay to the Bottle Bay Resort & Marina for a late lunch and amazing Huckleberry Margaritas!
