Welcome to Spring Lake! A gorgeous and quaint beach town. Home is just four blocks from the beach. Comes with 8 season beach badges, private locker at the pavilion which has 3 pools. House features: spacious BRs. 4 upstairs, 2 downstairs (1 en suite). Relax in the 3 seasons room or by the gas fireplace in the living room. Sip coffee in the breakfast nook. Watch a movie on a 65inch smart TV with hi-speed WiFi. BBQ out back. Walk to lake and town for shopping.

Great Rental!

We were attending a Family reunion in another location in Spring Lake, so our days and evenings were spent there. But 405 Monmouth was very clean and orderly. And great place/location to go to sleep and wake up in!

Grandsons first stay in Spring Lake

Great house, great location, great time! Walked to the beach everyday with my young grandson and full family in tow. Beach locker and pool badges were a great addition to the rental. Plenty of room for all. Highly recommend. Evening walks to the Sundae Times for ice cream were the best. See you again soon!
