• Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).



• Washcloths are not provided.



• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.



• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

Could have been much cleaner.

When I first got there with my daughters service was great when we got to the unit it was breathtakingly beautiful but you could tell it had not been cleaned there were hairs on all of the pillows, in the bathroom on the floor in the shower everywhere the walls were not clean boogers were on the bunk bed. I would definitely stay at the facility again just not that unit. The view was beautiful the people in the lobby were very helpful I will give it a 4+ for the whole stay experience.

The property is in horrible condition. Flooring missing in every room. So when you walk across it the flooring slides. Moulding and doors missing. It is a dive. TV did not work in 3 of 4 rooms for entire stay except last night one of them was fixed. Was not enough linens for all beds. The location and building are great but not this condo.
