The neighborhood is mostly apartment buildings housing young professionals. Pretty quiet and close proximity to the downtown Medford area.

You will have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself.

Unique designer touches bring personality and warmth to this small yet highly functional space.

Uber or car are recommended. There is a tri-met bus system as well.

This was an old 1920's house that has been renovated into a triplex. This is an upstairs apartment.

Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats.

To ensure the safety of our guests, staff, properties, and community; we require all guests to complete our secure guest verification portal. Link will be sent with your confirmation.

Please be aware that exterior security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage. These monitor outdoor areas only.

We do not honor local stays within 45 miles of the property.

Our stay.

We were not notified that we were in an upstairs unit until the day before our arrival. The shower didnt drain properly so we were standing in water during our showers. We did enjoy the comfy bed.
