Casa Mediterránea is a beautiful, luxury villa that sits proudly on the gorgeous Caribbean Sea in Puerto Aventuras. Step into a sophisticated blend of comfort and luxury invoked in this modern Mediterranean style home that has been recently updated. Each of the five bedrooms features a private bath and separate climate controls. Relax in your private pool overlooking the ocean while watching the sunset and yachts sail by. Swim with the dolphins and turtles or just collect shells. A sea kayak, golf clubs and bicycles are waiting for you to venture out and get exploring. Dine out at any of the fantastic restaurants located within the Puerto Aventuras community, create your own culinary masterpieces in our well stocked kitchen, or let our private chef create something special just for you. Meal plans and grocery shopping services are available. There are a multitude of entertainment options near this home nestled in the ever-popular Riviera Maya. We are 15 minutes from the beaches of Akumal or the thriving shopping and nightlife of Playa Del Carmen. Take the whole family to the adventure parks of Xplor or Xel-Ha, a must-do activity! We are also a 30-40 minute drive from the ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum and beautiful cenotes.

A portable crib, high chair and stroller are available for use. This is an excellent property for the whole family. We've got all you need!

We are in a gated community within one hour of Cancun airport or the Tulum airport and can help you arrange airport transportation. We are a 10-15 minute walk to sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment, ATM, fitness center, pharmacy, shopping and more. There are also many options for golf cart rentals in the PA marina area.

What do I need to know about COVID testing and traveling to Mexico?

At this time there are no COVID tests needed to enter into Mexico or to return to the United States. Please check your home country's requirements as this can change.

The reviews say you have a membership to the Omni Hotel, is that true?

The Omni Hotel in Puerto Aventuras was bought out by another hotel a few years ago and the new owners ceased their membership program.

Is cleaning included in the fee?

Our maid service comes prior to your visit to ensure the home is cleaned from top to bottom! Then she will clean after your departure.

How do I get around Puerto Aventuras?

The marina where all the shops and restaurants are is only a 10-15 minute walk from the house! We also have 5 bikes for exploring as well as many options for golf cart rentals in the PA marina area.

Do you have a hot tub?

Technically yes we do but unfortunately it is often in and out of maintenance issues. If it's working during your stay, wonderful, but we are not listing it as an amenity at this time.

House was great for our family and only a very short walk from the other house we rented. Loved the location overlooking the water. Not many passers-by. Plenty of towels, Kitchen well equipped but chef was ultra expensive.

January in Puerto Aventuras

Good accommodations in Puerto Aventuras. 10th time coming here and firstvtime staying on Xel-Ha lane. Plenty of space for everyone and nice view of tidal pools. House is showing its age and not what we expected seeing the pictures online. Still a good getaway, spot, but we'll look for something more updated next time.

Wonderful vacation home!

Our group loved this property, it was so close to everything. The pool/hottub area was fantastic! The rooms and common area were great for our group. We didn't even need to use the casita bc we had enough beds without it. the house manager Felipe was sensational! He got us 2 golf carts to use during the trip and they helped so much to get to the restaurants quickly. He met us at the house on our arrival, showed us around and had stocked the house with the food and drink we requested. It was so great! He also runs a restaurant nearby called Tejas and we ate there 3 times, the food was great, Felipe even did the bananas foster table side for us. I would highly recommend this home for any group!!!

We had a great time at Casa Med. Felipe was great when we got there, he even dropped off a couple tubs of fresh pico and guacamole, both were excellent. The property is stunning and all the rooms are spacious, each one having it's own bathroom. The area was great as well. We walked to dinner one night and grabbed some drinks, checked out the PA beach club- which was also wonderful. Solid trip overall.

LOVED this home!

We loved this home so much and the community is hands down our favorite we've been to. The home was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our group. The view and the sound of the waves hitting the rocks while sitting on the pool deck was perfect. We loved the pool but we are freeze babies so not having heat in it was a bit of a damper. We still swam a little bit but we like to be in the pool all day and into the evening and it was just a little too chilly for that. We ended up being in the hot tub most of the time because that warmed up to a mild lukewarm. If you love a nice cool pool....this is a perfect spot for you. We would stay there EVERY time we came if the pool was warmer because we loved the house so much.

Perfect setting! Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. House was well maintained and very comfortable with a fabulous view. Excellent access to a great variety of activities and restaurants - both by car and on foot. Perfect spot for those seeking adventure as well as those looking for quiet and relaxation. Relaxing stay in Puerto Aventuras

We enjoyed our time together there and especially loved the sea kayaks and the golf cart rides to the sandy beach. It was very relaxing and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We also had Felipe cook for us one night and the food was amazing. We would like to customize this more if we took advantage of this in the future as we had some family members that did not enjoy seafood (but the fish and shrimp were good for the few of us that would eat it!). Overall it was very fun and comfortable.

Family get away

Wonderful location for our two family’s to gather. We spent a few days in the jungle and this was an amazing treat that followed. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kids enjoyed the pool and swimming in the surf. The host communicated plenty of info in advance and connected us to a local host while we were there. Felipe was wonderful - he had helpful advise, recommendations and was even available to cook an amazing meal for us one night. The surrounding neighborhood is nice with plenty of shops and restaurants. Very walkable and fun to golf cart around. We truly had everything we could ask for and then some.

Sun and fun for family Christmas

What a great home for families to gather and enjoy a relaxing fun filled adventure. Coffee ever morning outside in the sunshine watching boats go out for the day. Every evening watching cruise ships going to Cozumel. Felipe was a great property manager who is a wealth of knowledge and helped with all of our questions. The resort area has everything you need to relax and enjoy. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Adult Get Away!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this experience! From the reservation and communication with Britany, which was prompt and always extremely helpful - to the accommodations, ocean view, rooms, and overall Puerta Adventuras community which was amazing! Felipe was absolutely amazing to work with, as well as his restaurant which we think has the best food in town! We are SO happy that we found this gem! Thank you Britany for helping us create some amazing memories with our friends! We can't wait to come stay again!

Puerto Aventuras Villa

Eight of us stayed at Casa Mediterranean for a week in February. The weather was perfect and the villa couldn't have been more perfect. The grounds and interior are meticulously maintained. The hot tub and pool were our focal point when we were outside. The villa is located within a gated community. Never once did any of us ever feel unsafe. Bicycles are provided to help get around beautiful Puerto Aventuras. There are many terrific bars and restaurants within walking distance...no need to rent a car!! And the nightlife of Playa del Carmen is a short cab ride away. Melodie was terrific arranging our trip and made sure we were all very happy with the accommodations. Make sure to take advantage of the in house cook...the meals are fabulous!!

Casa Mediterranean 2025

The view was spectacular! As we opened the front door to look inside, the ocean captured our attention and we knew from that moment that we had secured a beautiful location in Puerto Aventuras! This was our 3rd time in this area and 1st time at this property and it didn’t disappoint. The house is large, spacious and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. We also had the advantage of pre-ordering our food/beverages and all was there when we arrived and we had more than enough to keep us stocked through the week!. So convenient!The upstairs rooms have their own balconies, so watching the sunrise in its vast colors was awesome! Those bathrooms were spacious too.We weren’t able to utilize the kayaks because of the winds but it didn’t keep us from enjoying the pool and we ventured down around the water. (Be sure you wear good water shoes and not flip flops!)We rented golf carts to venture around the area and enjoyed multiple days watching the dolphins and enjoying the different restaurants. Even rented a boat for 4 hours and although the winds kept us in the lagoon area, we had a great time!The instructions and suggestions that were provided by the host were very helpful and we never ran out of things to do!I would highly recommend this property!!
