This 2,100 sq. ft. condo, larger than most in the area, is airy and spacious with high-domed ceilings, beautiful decorations and furnishings. The comfortable living area with ample seating looks out onto the ocean. There is an entertainment area with Satellite TV, stereo system, and DVD!

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area with seating for 6 will ensure that you are able to enjoy your culinary delights in style! Additional seating for 2 at the adjacent breakfast bar.

From the living area step out to the large terrace, the ambience is just wonderful for enjoying dining alfresco with breathtaking Caribbean views. The terrace also has a Jacuzzi/Hot Tub, so relax and enjoy the fabulous ocean views with a cocktail!

The master ensuite bedroom offers ocean views with a private terrace and sun loungers. The bedroom's king-size sleigh bed and ocean views will ensure complete relaxation! Both guest rooms share the large hallway bath. The main guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and spectacular unobstructed ocean views. The second guest bedroom has twin beds, with a TV /VCR and Playstation gaming system for the young at heart!

Quinta Del Sol 220E is close to golf, tennis, and the marina which has many fantastic restaurants, shopping boutiques, and the convenience of an ATM. Maybe you prefer water sports? Well, you have selected the perfect place!! Why not visit one of the dive shops, plan a deep-sea fishing excursion, or relax aboard a sunset catamaran. Additionally, there is a coral reef just offshore that is fantastic for snorkeling and much more!

If you enjoy sight-seeing, you can explore the Mayan ruins at Tulum (20 minutes away), visit Coba, or Chichen Itza.

Favorite Mexico Trip

We’ve been to Mexico a few times, this was our first non resort visit. The place was amazing. The view and unit exceeded expectations! It was so close to walk to town and the pools were great for the kids! I can’t wait to plan another trip to this place, so wonderful!

My husband and I recently returned from a 5 week vacation in Puerto Aventuras. We had the pleasure of staying in Paula and Mick's condo which is located beachfront. It was a great place for us to unwind. The view is spectacular and the condo is well equipped. Paula is a delight to work with and we would highly recommend this for your next PA vacation! The marina has several restaurants plus we would encourage you to do a little exploring as we found some wonderful places to eat in Tulum and Playa del Carmen as well. Overall, a gem for sure!

Everything about this place is perfect. Breathtaking views, well equipped with everything you could need to be comfortable. Lots of little perks like a well equipped kitchen if you like to cook and the extra soft beach towels provided for your use plus board games and a cd player. Hospitality was top notch, the owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I may have had. Also the condo is in a great location close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful well maintained pools and grounds. It's very apparent that a lot of pride is put into keeping this facility in tip top shape. Just a stellar place to visit and we can't wait to come back.

Holidays in Paradise!

This is our third trip to Puerto Aventures and while all faculties have been great, the location and space of Quinta de Sol 220 was the best! The owner and property manager are immediately responsive to any needs or questions. It’s close enough to walk to several cafes, the twice weekly market, and just a short inexpensive taxi ride to a couple large stores that have everything you’ll need. The lanai looks out over the Caribbean where there is a lot of activity during the day, and the stars at night. The pools are wonderful, or you can hang out on the sand by the shore. We did both!

Spectacular View - Amazing Location!

We loved our stay of four weeks vacation at this beautiful waterfront condo. Paula was always available right away if we had any questions and was great at communicating, and keeping us informed. The beds are comfortable, condo really clean, and short walk to lots of great restaurants. We usually walked to the large local Chedraui grocery store (great local produce) and got a taxi home. The ocean, with beautiful beaches and snorkelling, is right at your door step. We loved morning coffee, enjoying the spectacular view, on the great balcony. It was so hard to leave and we would love to return. Thanks Paula for sharing your gorgeous condo with us.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and we had an amazing time. Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was well-equipped and the most comfortable beds we have ever rented in Mexico. Also, thank you for letting us stay late yesterday. We went to Tulum early in the morning and it was very nice to go back to the condo to rest before heading back to the Cancun airport. My husband and I thought Puerto Aventuras was charming and loved snorkeling from the beach. We come to Cancun for a month most summers and definitely plan on visiting again! Thank you again!

Fabulous Condo

This is my second time to Paula and Micks condo in Puerto. Its is absolutely fabulous. You really can not ask for anything more. The condo itself is so well maintained and decorated. The view is perfect and the quiet and serenity is priceless. The town of Puerto is fun with restaurants and dolphin discovery. You can be as laid back as you want or take advantage of the numerous easily accessible excursions. We will definitely be returning to this condo. Thanks so much Paula and Mick!!! KC & JC

We had a wonderful time in QDS!!

First of all we found the owner very easy to deal with...she offered lots of information about the condo, the complex and Puerto Aventuras. She answered all our questions with humour and kindness. The condo is beachfront and has a fabulous view of the bay and the beach...particularly from the main balcony which is accessed via the sitting room. There are lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk from the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed trying them all! Also twice a week there is a farmers market behind the restaurant strip which enabled us to avoid the longer trip to a supermarket. We had a great time and are booking for next year!! Salud!

Our family of 4 spent a month here and loved it

We really loved our stay here in Paula's condo and wished we could of stayed even longer then the month that we did stay, everyone was sad to leave, even my son who is hard to please. The view is beautiful, the beach is so soft and the water warm. There is so much to do nearby and when we stayed home we usually had the pool to ourselves. The property is really well stocked and feels like home. The owner was always available for questions and at our request upgraded the internet for our stay and it worked great for us. I would definitely recommend this property to others but I'm afraid too many people already know about it because we tried to book for next year and it was already booked up, darn! Definitely check out Jessie's gelato at the marina. For the beach use the beach 2 complexes over, really nice, soft and protected, great for kids. Our only complaint would be that we weren't allowed to use the complex kayaks, the office said those were only for the units at the back, different HOA. Seemed pretty silly since we were really almost the only ones there and they were mostly unused but that's not Paula's fault.

More than satifsfied!

My family and I (husband, mother, and three children ages 9-16) stayed here for four weeks in June 2018. The condo was easily located with the directions given by Paula and check-in was a breeze. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo has plenty of towels/linens for a large family. The water in the shower gets hot after letting it run for a few minutes. There are two pools at the facility, one with multiple swimming areas at waist depth and one deeper (maybe 5 feet) beachfront. We used both often and my nine year old made many friends throughout the stay. We did buy some pool toys that we left behind for future use and Paula had some already there for use. I found it difficult to snorkel from the beachfront as the waves are frequent and the water is very shallow for quite some distance. I didn't want to disturb the ocean floor or touch an urchin so I gave up after a few tries. Perhaps there is a trick that I am unaware of. My son found many places to fish and caught several species of small fish. The condo also has several permanent residents - an iguana couple by the sun statue and an agouti couple that comes out to feast around the evening hours that my youngest enjoyed watching and eventually gave proper names to. We rented a golf cart for a day so we could see the whole community which I highly suggest. We found trails to hike just down at the end of some of the long roads around the back of the development that are worth exploring with crocodiles, old ruins, and amazing views! The marina is okay though we are against the caging of dolphins or any other animal for that matter. It is largely overpriced by Mexican standards. We visited most establishments only once with the exception of Paparazzi - amazing pizza and cheap delivery, The French Bakery - wonderful pastries for breakfast $10usd to feed the whole family, and Jesse's Gelato - yummy flavors with a charming owner worth the walk alone! We loved the condo and Paula was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay and booking process. We wish all owners were so soulful. Thanks for loaning out your home away from home! Beautiful condo on wonderful Beach in Puerto Aventuras

Just packing up to leave this rental after a fabulous 30 day stay. Condo was huge, enjoyed the double patios daily. Coffee on the patio for sunrise and wine on the patio for sunset. All the beds comfortable and big bathrooms, both with big showers. Nice having the full size fridge and stove. Loved being steps from the beach and pools. Quick walk to Bamboo Cafe for Cappuccinos and smoothies or quick stroll down the beach to the marina to many great restaurants. Friendly town, enjoyed the live music at Cafe Ole and the cones from Jessee Gelato. Great Beach for young kids as it is very shallow and the sand is soft, plan to bring our own grand kids back. This complex is quiet and clean. Grocery store across the street has good selection and the groceries are a fraction of what they cost in BC. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions via email, super nice to have wifi that you're not sharing with an entire resort. Our only regrets are that we didn't book longer and that we didn't get in a round of golf at local course. Thankyou for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

This condo is beautiful and the pictures on the site and description are very accurate. It is even more beautiful in person. As soon as you enter the condo, you are in paradise. The views from the living room balcony/terrace amazing and you are transformed into vacation mode immediately. Then you walk into the MBR and more beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and has everything if you wanted to prepare a meal and not go out to restaurants to eat. There is also a grill on the terrace for your convenience. The property was very clean and well-maintained and Paula is the best. She made arrangements for me to have a cake at the unit when we arrived and I was able to surprise my husband for his birthday. She checked in with us and prior to arrival sent detailed information regarding activities, ground transportation, and anything else you would need. Also, in the unit, there is a binder with information on the area, restaurants that deliver, and activities. Paula was always available to answer questions, prior, during, and after my vacation ended. There are so many great restaurants in walking distance as this condo is in close proximity to the marina and every restaurant is there. We enjoyed the Pub, Hippos, Dos Chiles to name a few. You will find every culinary delight within walking distance to the condo. We didn't rent a car and managed to walk and see everything. I would totally recommend this property and look forward to returning next summer. Thank you Paula for a great and memorable vacation!

Best location in Puerto Aventuras

We just got back from vacationing at this Mexican condo and everything was great! We loved the fact that it was so close to restaurants, grocery store, and shops. We also enjoyed the ocean and pools, but our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful water with the warm ocean breeze! Thanks for everything! We really enjoyed our stay and we came to the conclusion that this place had the very best location on the coast! Thanks again! CB

Wow! What a fantastic piece of paridise!

My wife and I recently visited this part of Mexico for about our 30th visit to the area in 20 years or so. This was our 2nd visit to Puerto Aventuras and 1st stay in this condo. We love the area and had a fantastic vacation. In fact, the best vacation of our lives! The condo was fantastic. Great view of the ocean and right above the pool. It was huge, comfortablely equiped and nicely decorated. The hot tub on the deck was amazing (really hot) and worked great which is rare. (We've stayed at a number of places in the past with hot tubs and none of them worked). The grounds were gorgeous with lots of beautiful flowers and shrubs. And then the real reason for being there. The sun, the sand and that beautiful ocean right out our door. Amazing!!! For those that don't know and are afraid by the reports of unrest in Mexico, this area is as safe as it gets anywhere. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community and has a crime rate lower than Finland which has the lowest crime rate of any country in the world. You can walk, bike, rent a golf cart or drive anywhere safely and with no worries. You often see kids and teen agers out and about enjoying the sites or watching the Dolphins. Lots of great places to eat and a huge grocery store close by. All sorts of tours are readily available and close by. As for us, we just chilled and visited with the many friends we have made in the area over the years. Pamela was excellent to work with and very accommodating allowing us to have guests and friends over.(Many of the condos in other buildings we checked out didn't allow this). The staff was very friendly and checked on how we were doing often. It was nice to see the security guard manning his post even when we left for the airport at 4 in the morning. What a great vacation!!!! We are already making plans to return.

We first visited this area in 1999 when my husband and brother-in-law decided to go on a fishing excursion while we were on vacation in Playa del Carmen. We immediately fell in love with the quaint, authentic feel of the town, this was the ‘Mexico' that we were searching for…not crowded or touristy!
When we decided to look for a vacation home, we immediately remembered the friendly town we once visited! Puerto Aventuras held a special place in our hearts many years ago, and as you might imagine, is even more special to us now!
