The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds that sleeps 3 and a pull out couch that sleeps 1. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a beverage fridge and a bar counter. This unit is fully equipped with linens, beach towels, kitchen utensils beach chairs, umbrella and travel cart. The South Seas gated community in Marco Island offers guests easy access to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Marco Island. A sundeck with a heated outdoor pool surrounded by lush palm trees and well-manicured lawns graces the exterior of the high-rise towers. Lounge chairs for sunning surround the beautifully kept pool. Pickle ball, tennis courts and a fitness room are available on-site for active vacationers, as well as kayak space and dock slips.
