The gorgeous open concept kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry and breakfast bar. Both bathrooms have also been exquisitely renovated. Unit is fully equipped with cable television and Wi-Fi. Lounging furniture and table and chairs on the full length balcony. Two Flat screen TV's. Spend your day enjoying the beach, or take advantage of the amenities that this building has to offer including a large heated pool, two gas barbeque grills and outdoor entertaining space. A reserved covered parking space is included, along with access to ample guest parking. Surrounded by dozens of excellent restaurants and shops, this location also provides easy access to all island activities. Beach chairs and toys are included along with 2 bikes. Come vacation at this piece of paradise on this award-winning island. * There is a condo association application fee of $150 required, with a completed application, due to the condo a minimum of 45 days prior to occupancy. (This is a standard practice with condos in Florida). This is a non-smoking, pet-free condo and building.

We are from Wisconsin and have been spending the winters in Naples & Marco Island since 2007. We have a home on Marco Island are we are easily accessible to our renters/guests.
Why they chose this property
After searching for the perfect beach front property on the island we kept coming back to the Tradewind's and this beautifully remodeled unit. With full beach views from every room, a balcony from the living room and both bedroom's with full sunset views, 2 full bathrooms and walkable to restaurants and shops....we decided that we had a gem worth holding on to.
