Wonderfully appointed home

This was the perfect place for our family trip. The home was so spacious and perfectly appointed. The location was quiet and family friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just amazing! This is the perfect location for families. The boat ramp onsite is great! We were able to have our boat launched and jetski’s right there. The owners are quick to respond and went out of their way to make sure we had every thing we needed for our stay!

We love staying at this property. We enjoy that we can launch our boat right at the house. It is very centrally located to all our favorite spots. The home is very clean and accommodating to large families. The property manager is extremely friendly and prompt to respond.

Great for families!

We had a great time staying at this home at Lake Martin! There was plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful patio to sit and watch the kids swim. It is in close proximity to Chimney Rock and Kowaliga Restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

Exactly as described on VRBO. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and directly on the water. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. If you want to be right on the water in a new home this is your place!

We had a great time. We were there for the weekend. Really impressed with the layout of the house. With a 3 and 1 year old, it was nice for the 1 year old to sleep in the 3rd floor away from noise. Owners were super great to communicate and rent from!

Labor Day getaway

The house is perfect for multiple families. All rooms had private bathrooms with the kids having their own space upstairs. Location was great and the host was very helpful. We will definitely consider staying here again!!

Our favorite location in many years. We have been on our annual trip to The Lake for the past 10 years. This has been our favorite home to stay in. This is what we dream of owning one day on The Lake. It is so tough leaving such a relaxing atmosphere.

With five full bathrooms, three bedrooms with king-size beds and a top floor with a big bunk room and a large den area, this is perfect for a family gathering. It's right on the lake. Pool noodles and floating toys were available as well as outdoor dining furniture, a gas grill, and a couple of lounge chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful lake towels, and separate bath towels were provided.We hosted our three young adult children and their spouses and one grandson for a week. Everyone drove from different states and each of us had a 10 -13 hour drive. Since everyone had their private bathroom attached to their bedroom, each couple was able to enjoy their own space!We liked that the interior was thoughtfully appointed with whimsical artwork and local photography. The third floor not only includes the big bunk room, but a fun play area with large beanbags.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to make a repeat next year! Thank you for great memories.

Nice new construction!

Our family had a great time on our first visit to Lake Martin! This house had plenty of space, was well stocked and the outdoor area was beautiful! Easy check in and prompt responses from the owner. Definitely recommend.
