We needed a place for a large group that was exhibiting at a Tradeshow. The property was clean and we have tons of private space for our group. The neighborhood was safe. Great place for large groups.
Property was sufficient for what we needed, which was primarily a place to rest and recharge on a business trip (IMTS 2026).Eight person group, and we had plenty of space, beds, and baths.Pictures in the listing are a bit dated, and obviously prior renters were a little less than courteous to the host, and subsequent visitors. The carpets and furniture have seen better days. The check in/out was pretty flawless, however the locks and app took a bit to figure out, but worked fine after we figured them out. There are a lot of eats within a very short walk.Parking can be a bit of a walk, depending vehicle size (Ford Explorer).Used the 7th Street Garage.Overall, we had a good trip, and were satisfied with the accommodations.
