Milton hurricane has damaged my pool cage., currently the pool is ‘open’. I will be giving an additional discount for the inconvenience until it is replaced. I am on scheduled to get it replaced in a month. - // -Beautiful 1700sqft home perfect for Family & Friends getaway, located on 0.5 acre lot with a swimming pool. Jacuzzi is available October-March season. Home sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood with privacy and is easily accessible. Plenty of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enough space for a family up to 8 + crib for the little one. WIFI included. Backyard leads to a preserve with trails to jog, walk, bicycle. Long driveway to park. Public Boat ramp nearby.

Englewood is a nice quiet Gulf coastal city. From this home you’ll have quick access to the Manasota Beach. There are plenty of fishing opportunities and water excursions available for you to explore. As well as plenty of golfing opportunities.

We recommend the Eco-tour of Lemon Bay where you will see dolphins, manatees, and other aquatic animals.

Great Stay

Had a great time at Gina's place! The place was very clean and the pool was amazing. Loved being so close to the beach and really enjoyed the nature preserve right behind the house.

Easy casual stay

Gina and Alex were helpful at all times, answering questions as they came up. Pool and hot tub were good too. Our empty-nest kids enjoyed being with us, cooking and doing a puzzle after beach and tourist activities. Went to a movie, found some great breakfast and lunch places, made complicated mixologist drinks and talked about whatever...easy times with those we love most.

beach getaway without tourist traffic

We had 2 families of 4 stay in the 3 bedrooms. Enough beds for everyone. A lot of room for kids, the pool was the best feature. You're in a dead end street so there's no through traffic, the road to the beach is literally the next road over. You're 6 mins from Publix and Walmart. This place is peaceful and the owner is very responsive.

Great relaxing place close to beach

Gina was a Godsend to our family. We were traveling to escape some losses for the Holidays. Gina referred us to a great restaurant for Christmas. She also had snacks and beverages for us which was a blessing due to our flight getting in 8 hours late and all stores were closed. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub relaxing. My adult children enjoyed the pool. The rules she had for her home is what we would expect to be common sense for any home. I would stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you Gina. Our escape was exactly what we hoped for.

I don't enjoy the snow as much as I used to.. So I've decided to split my time between the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and the beaches of Florida. And I absolutely love it. I get the best of both seasons.

Why they chose this property

My house nestled in a quiet colde-sack, with very little traffic, Very safe area for kids to play outside. It is super close to the Manasota beach.. and the house is just soooo cozy- especially on the outside,, giving me that 'vacation mode/vibe' .. Home away from Home..

What makes this property unique

My house backs up to a state preserve park.. where you can ride, walk or jog through and enjoy the 'jungle wild life''... :) its really a unique experience.. the trails are marked, but be sure to spray bug repellent first. It would take about 25-35minutes to walk to the beach through the trails... My house has a saltwater pool and a free standing jacuzzi for those cooler winter nights..
