Paki Maui 303 does not have A/C. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers direct ocean views from your private lanai and a ceiling fan in the living room. This property does have elevators. Unit 303 can accommodate up to 6 guests. Step into the relaxing master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed. The beautifully remodeled, spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower and custom tilework. The guest bedroom features a brand new queen-size bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower. The living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. This unit offers a convenient and well-stocked kitchen so you have the tools you need to make that perfect meal! There is no oven available; however, a stovetop is equipped in the kitchen for your culinary needs. Enjoy your meals from either outdoor or indoor dining options, each table is set for 4. You'll have a front row seat for turtle spotting and whale watching in the winter months, although sightings are not guaranteed.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Amazing view. Condo had everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Maui. The staff were fantastic to communicate with and very understanding of our needs. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Location! Whale & turtle spectacular

Location is a 15, right on the water. Listen to the waves all day. Saw so many whales from our patio, it was amazing! Simply beautiful spot!

Perfect Location with virtually Private Beach

This location was perfect for my family and I. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. Ocean view from the living room and balcony. Enjoy quiet access to your own private beach without all the hustle and bustle of Kaanapali Beach. Watch sea turtles swimming through the coral channel all day long. Would stay again.

Location! Location!

We loved our stay at Paki Maui. The location was amazing the view from the condo is perfect! Loved the beach sand area and swimming was awesome for kids. Super safe. Conveniently located to shops, grocery stores and food trucks. Also there is an amazing bakery that is close Pau Bakery. Had such a great time. Apartment could use a little update and property needs to take care of the fenced off areas on the grass and when you enter the ocean. Otherwise it was awesome!

Decent Accommodations

I called MyPerfectStays several times with questions and they were very nice and helpful. The on-site staff was also nice and helpful with questions during our stay. The property was nice and the location was perfect with our unit directly facing the ocean. The views were wonderful. The unit met our needs but could use some updating. The bathrooms were very nice, the bedrooms were adequate, the living room furniture cushions were clean but stained and the kitchen had everything we needed. If you are looking to avoid a resort-type stay this is a good option.

Great view

Great view, the only negative, would be I wish I would have known the beach access was closed. It probably said it somewhere and I just missed it. The view from our room was amazing though!

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because this is not a bells and whistles condo. It is in great shape with a clean kitchen and recently updated bathrooms. But it isn't a lavish property. But having said that, it's a great bargain for what you get and we were very comfortable there for the 7 days of our trip. The veranda is lovely and the view is stellar. The furniture could be updated but it is comfortable. The chart yard garden is also lovely and it's in a great location with the park/beach next door. We booked it on a whim and would book again.

Total Perfection!

The property was very spacious, the views were incredible, the location was spot on! In addition, we found comfortable beds, great thick bathroom towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Finally, having the beach chairs and the cooler was an absolute gem as they were needed and used daily! I would HIGHLY recommend this property. p.s. this unit does not have air conditioning, however, it was not missed. Keep the curtains closed while you are out and open everything back up when you arrive back home and the cross breeze cools the unit off in minutes!

Excellent snorkeling, a regular turtle hwy, excellent views from balcony

The condo was clean, but isn't anything fancy, just a nice beach condo. The beds were great. The small airport there was pretty noisy, and there were a lot of different noises all night. It's not a quiet place but earplugs helped. There is no beach access on the property, nor is there any handicap access to the pool. There are a lot of homeless people to go thru at the neighboring park to get to the beach but they were all friendly. Snorkeling was awesome, and the turtles went all daylong. It was fun to watch the locals fish in the evenings from the balcony. All of the stores were very near. Be sure to check out the farmer's market across the street.

Great view and location

The most amazing view from our lanai! I loved the location of the property in relation to the other beaches and destinations on that side of the island. There is no AC in this unit, which I was aware of, but I wouldn’t stay again in a unit without AC. It was just to warm in the evening when we would return from the day out and when we went to go to bed. The furniture is aging and looks dirty and is not comfortable. The beds were comfortable in my opinion. FIX THE SCREEN DOORS PLEASE! I saw this was noted in other reviews when I rented but figured it would have been fixed. Nope. I was tired of fighting with them by the third night. They do not close together and come off the tracks continuously. The second day we discovered ants in the kitchen and called the reservation company. I heard back from them the following day and they sent someone out to spray. The next day the ants were back. We had no food out and did no cooking because I was worried that it would create more problems with the ants. We also had someone near us who would smoke out on their lanai, subjecting us to the smoke and smell if we stayed outside. Overall, room 303 was a decent enough place to stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Maui family getaway- with kids!

I absolutely loved this place and would stay again! It was a great location for being able to stay on the property or to drive from to get to other areas of the island. The property itself was well kept with a fountain and pond in the garden area that sounded like a waterfall 24/7. We had the ocean room so we had a waterfall sound on one side by our rooms and the ocean on the other with a gorgeous view. The place itself was fully outfitted with everything that we needed. Even basic seasoning! They kindly left dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper- things I thought I’d have to buy! Being able to have a private swimmable beach to walk out to was such a plus. We didn’t have to drive anywhere or fight parking, just a perfect little oasis and restful place. We did have to communicate with perfect stay for a lighting issue but it was quickly resolved and a repair man sent out. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it! I brought my kids, 19, 5 and 4.
