Why they chose this property
We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 2 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with mature trees, green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient to the kitchen.
What makes this property unique
Escape to this renovated 2 bed, 1.5 bath retreat! This home is dog friendly and includes a dedicated office space, as well as a vibrant backyard patio and spacious yard! Enjoy nearby biking, hiking, and more outdoor fun here in the Grand Valley!
