Tranquil East Wing Suite Redlands Grand Junction, Colorado

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers 21 and over. This is a private bedroom with attached private master bath (456 sq. ft. total space) and outside entrance (no entry through the main dwelling) has keyless code (self check-in) for access. THE ENTRANCE REQUIRES NAVIGATING 8 STEPS AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. We are located 9 minutes from the east entrance to Colorado National Monument, 1.5 hours from Moab, UT and Arches National Park, and 20 minutes from Fruita, CO (some of the best mountain biking in the country). Secure area for bikes. All that and we are still only 5-10 minutes from downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very nice views from the property. Suite has a King bed with memory foam pad, love seat, table and 2 chairs, rocking chair. ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, iron, ironing board, and mini fridge. Master bath has a double sink vanity with walk-in shower. There is a deck off the suite with table, 4 chairs, and umbrella.

So well thought out and put together; beautifully decorated, amazing robes and shower, nice private patio area! Very easy to unwind and relax , clean and well kept with lots of extras!! Will be my first go to for heading to Grand Junction area!

Cindy and Bruce are amazing hosts and have a spectacular property in the Redlands area. The East Wing guest room is just gorgeous - well supplied and super comfortable. They thought of everything. Great deck with a view for morning sunrises, coffee and hummingbird watching! So enjoyed my stay, thanks Cindy and Bruce!

The East Wing was clean, stocked with everything we could possibly need, and comfy! It was a super convenient place for us to stay relative to family in the area, close to restaurants and shopping, and a hop, skip, and a jump from beautiful mountain roads. Cindy and Bruce were so hospitable, communicated thoroughly, and gave us everything we needed to find our way to our weekend quarters. We are so happy we found this listing and will keep it in mind for future trips to the Grand Valley. Thank you for everything!!

Our stay was excellent. We were met by hosts when we parked at the property. The VBRO was even better than I thought it would be very clean and welcoming. The pictures of it were excellent but they still didn’t do the property justice. The hosts were warm and friendly and if I could have I would have stayed longer. If I had to sum up my stay i would say it was “a little slice of heaven.”

There’s a reason this place gets awesome reviews. We travel a lot and have stayed at a variety of types of places. This is up there with the best. The hosts have thought of everything you can possibly need or want, and then some. It’s immaculately clean as well. It’s beautiful and quiet, inside and out, as they are quite the gardeners, so lots of flowering plants. And we enjoyed the hummingbirds off the deck too!
