Planning a vacation to Surf City USA and need accommodations that are close enough to the beach that you can walk, but far enough from the nightlife to where it`s peaceful and quiet in the evenings? We have you covered.3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, serene front patio location 7 short blocks to the beach (0.5mile), next to a park, close enough to walk or bike to Main Street, and a homey interior perfect for families or friends to relax after a long day at the beach. Guests will have access to the entire home minus a locked closet for the cleaning supplies. No garage access. Owners live in ADU above garage, but no shared space.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Quiet residential neighborhood. Across the street from the school. Next to a large green park with sitting areas, walking trails, play ground. Great sidewalks and views for walks. 7 short blocks to the sand! 10 short blocks to Main Street!

Disneyland is only 30 minutes from this home!

>Must be house trained and accompanied at all times, or kenneled - quiet neighborhood, please ensure pet not left alone barking for long periods of time
>Dogs only, no cats!

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
