Escape to our tropical paradise on Lake Davenport. This spacious 3BR/2BA, 1,700+ sq ft. (157+ m2) penthouse condo (top floor, 3rd floor walk-up) has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. It can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and is ideal for large families. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and beach from your 2 private screened-in balconies.

Our condo is located in the Four Corners neighborhood in Davenport, Florida. You’ll be close to Disney World, Legoland, Peppa Pig, Sea World, Universal Studios and other amazing attractions in the Orlando area.

When you’re not exploring the theme parks, you can take advantage of the many FREE guest amenities at our family friendly resort. Swim in one of the 4 heated pools, soak in one of the 6 hot tubs, stroll along the walking trails, play sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping-pong, pool, corn toss, tether ball, shuffleboard or fish from the dock (FL fishing license required). Plan a picnic using one of the resort's charcoal or gas grills. There’s also a kids playground, a kids splash pad and a poolside spa and sauna for your enjoyment. AND NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES!

Enjoy the conveniently located, moderately priced, on-site restaurant and the day spa.

Our condo is smoke-free and pet-free. No parties without prior approval.

Starter pack of coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags are provided for kitchen use.

Starter pack of laundry pods are provided for laundry needs.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and liquid hand soap is provided. Starter pack of toilet paper and facial tissues are provided in each bathroom.

Property was very nice staff were very helpful and courteous, the condo was very nice, i think my wife was in love with the master bath/shower. All together it was a great stay we would definitely book here again if we visit Orlando again.

We had an awesome experience. The unit was very clean and had a fun beachy vibe. Kitchen was well stocked and the patio had a killer view of the lake and pool. Nice bathrooms but towels were thin and small. Beds were very comfy. Conveniently located near TradeWinds but very quiet when we were there. Debbie was extremely responsive and quick to reply to our concerns or questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The place was awesome and spotless. Everyone had a blast and comfortable. We loved the big bath tubs, pool, splash pad, hot tubs, fishing, and the restaurant by the pool. The food was delicious, and the staff was super nice and helpful. They even gave us great tips on where to watch the fireworks with the kids.

Loved this condo! So cute, clean and spacious. It was really convenient being near Disney and the complex was nice and quiet. Bonus points for the awesome pools and beach bar! Will definitely be coming back. Side note, the owner Debbie was very kind and super accommodating!

Everything was as advertised! Very beautiful property! As mentioned in the posting, make sure you take extra toiletries as you will only get the starter kit. We left behind a washer of and dryer sheet for the next group. The staff was excellent! Would highly recommend this place!

We come to Bahama Bay for a relaxing getaway and once again we were not disappointed! This was a return visit to this unit which is so spacious and accommodating. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and well maintained. We love it here!
