Sound front, non-smoking and your dog friendly home in the Pirate's Cove Resort! The home has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, accommodating 10 people. VL92 comes with 25' of dock space at Ballast Point Canal #91 and there is space for 4 vehicles maximum, with two vehicles being able to fit in the covered parking area. If a boat or jet-ski is brought, the trailer must either be stored in the provided covered parking or off-site for a fee.
Top-floor & sound-front Master bedroom with King bed, jetted tub and walk-in shower, plus private balcony with furniture. 2nd Master suite with Queen bed and private bath on entry level. 3rd bedroom with Queen bed on landing between main-level and top-floor. 4th bedroom is on main-level and contains a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Twin on Top). There is also a bonus sleeping space with 2 Twin Beds. Property perks include: HDTVs in Living room and all bedrooms, high-speed WiFi, stainless steel kitchen and cookware, coffee maker, 2 covered furnished decks, gas grill, ceiling fans, and a classic OBX outdoor shower. Stunning views of Roanoke Sound and protected Marshlands offer amazing sunsets.
