Take a break from the hustle and bustle and live the slow life in small town USA, right in the heart of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail!Only 25 minute drive to Downtown Louisville/Airport.

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**This unit has free street parking, spaces are typically readily available. Kentucky Derby guests, Bourbon Trail guests, Train enthusiasts, welcome to Small Town USA!You will feel transported to another, simpler time when you stay at the Lagrange Loft. Front porch sittin’ is a way of life in Downtown Lagrange. You can park your car and spend the entire trip on foot, or go for 25 minute drive to Downtown Louisville and Bourbon Distilleries.You must see the train that rolls down Main St daily!Our newly renovated loft is located in the heart of historic Downtown Lagrange. Walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and local shops!The home has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The entire space was renovated in spring 2022. The home has an abundance of living space and a fully functional chef’s kitchen.

-NO CABLE TELEVISION, GUESTS CAN UTILIZE SMART TV BY LOGGING IN WITH THEIR OWN STREAMING APPS-Can accommodate up to 6 people in beds-Free ON Street Parking Available-Professionally managed-Sparkling clean and well stocked-Soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry supplies, coffee available-Located in Historic Downtown Lagrange-Beautifully renovated and restored-25 minutes to Downtown/Airport-35 minutes to Churchill Downs

Full access to the entire loft.

Wonderful neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, local shops, etc.

Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can be difficult to obtain. We recommend seeing Downtown Lagrange on foot, but have a vehicle for fun outside of our small town.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.

Great stay, highly recommend!Excellent location to everything you would need in addition to fantastic communication with our wonderful host. We had a very positive experience during our three day stay this past week over the Thanksgiving holiday. Rooms are the perfect size, kitchen is well stocked, and you can easily get to wherever you need to go. We have family that recently moved to the area, so we will definitely be back to this property for a visit.

Loved this Loft!

Stayed two nights in this spacious, well-stocked place on Main Street. It is the perfect location for enjoying downtown LaGrange. Our family had previously lived just a few blocks over, and hearing the trains go by brought back the happiest of memories. Will book again! Thanks for a great stay!

Wedding weekend

This pkace in Lagrange, Kentucky was so nice. Very clean, location was excellent and our host was very attentive and easy to get a hold of if needed. I was able to make the happy couple's wedding cake while staying here. Very spacious for 6 people! Would highly recommend!

Perfect place for us

Visiting the area for a girls volleyball tournament in Louisville. The location is perfect, away from the city and quiet setting. Everything we needed was here!! Clean, orderly and very comfortable. We felt safe. Our host was extremely cordial and accommodating!! Thank you Brandon!

Really cool spot

We had an amazing time in La Grange, the loft was very cozy and quiet. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Such a neat place, right in town, with excellent restaurants and shops all around. Highly recommend!

What a unique place to stay. Yes, everything was great as noted for cleanliness, communication and resources for a comfortable stay. What our review wishes to capture is the location. All of us enjoyed the trains, the shops, the restaurants, the town as a whole and the people. There’s a lot going on when you stay on Main Street in LaGrange. There was live music, a fresh market, a great playground and splash pad just a block away. There was something for everyone. But it was also very quiet when things shut down sitting at the chairs and tables outside of the loft. We recommend this loft highly for all ages. It was a remarkable getaway and thank you!

You have to experience this wonderful place!!

My family and I have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s, but this place by far is the best! It’s clean, well stocked, and very spacious. And of course the town itself, Lagrange, is the most adorable town we will stay in, in Kentucky. I can’t recommend this place enough you won’t be disappointed.

Family Get Away

This was our second trip to the LaGrange Loft. It was perfect for our family of three. Plenty of space and great location. Property was clean and as pictured in photos. It is the perfect place for train enthusiasts. The people in the downtown area are friendly and welcoming every time we visit. The queen sized beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay

Great communication! Everything was clean, comfortable, well stocked and coming in during the wee hours was safe and all lights on for us!! After a very noisy day at the convention center In Louisville with a hundred plus volleyball teams so nice to come back to a quiet place! Definitely will stay again if girls play Louisville again.

We loved the property. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We actually liked the trains and it never bothered us at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again. My 85 yr old mother was able to do the steps no problem, so don’t let that bother you if you’re worried about them. The lighting both inside and out was perfect too.

This place is fantastic!

My husband and I drove out to LA Grange to see some friends. This loft was perfect. It is exactly as it is listed. Located in the most adorable and friendly town, with so many shops to browse. We picked up some groceries from the local Kroger's and we're able to get some great dinners in town at 119 on Main. We even tried the Elderberry Cider at a local bar. It was delicious. I will be recommending it to all of my friends.

Trains, and more trains!

The local charm of Kentuckiana! Downtown loft with excellent food choices within short walking distance, a quaint village park with great facilities, and small town shopping featuring local wares. That being said, it should be noted, currently, (June ‘24) exit from interstate 71 is closed for reconstruction. Also, there are 22 stairs to the loft. Being a heart patient, I was concerned. But they’re not bad and there’s a great donut shop nearby for a reward of your calorie burn!

Trains

Great view of downtown and yes there are lots of trains!Lots of steep steps to the loft, but doable. Host gave us permission to store our bikes securely in the downstairs rear hallway. Parking on the street was a challenge. During the day and all weekend the street parking was always full. Plus the diagonal side was compact cars only. We had a full size pickup. We had to be creative on parking on the parallel side so as to not take up 2 spaces. And on our last day, a woman pulled out in front of a train, hurriedly parked adjacent to our vehicle and the train barely missed her car by inches. Locals told us that a near miss happens once a month.The train would have pushed her car into the legally parked cars. Even so, this is a great place to stay, the coffee house is good and so is Ernesto's cuisine!

Everything you need and more!

Everything was over the top wonderful. You provided so many extras which we so appreciated. Being 55, I especially loved the light up magnified mirror! All the comforts of home. The nightly trains passing through were definitely a challenge for our adult boys in the 2 front bedrooms. We slept great in the back bedroom. Bring white noise or noise canceling headphones! One Nineteen West Main restaurant was fabulous, as well as all of the wonderful shops on Main Street. The drive to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museums were at least an hour each way but along beautiful country roads! Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect for Train Enthusiasts

We were drawn to LaGrange because of our son’s love of trains and baseball, and our wish to visit The Ark Encounter. The town was close enough to Louisville and Williamstown that we were able to accommodate the entire family. The Loft was perfect for our stay! The guys watched and/or videoed the trains for our entire trip right from the front bedroom windows. The loft was spacious, extremely clean, and well supplied, The beds and furniture were all comfortable. And, we were well informed about our reservation. We will definitely be staying again! Even the shop owners in town were extremely friendly and welcoming. Light sleepers? There is a back bedroom for you. You don’t even notice the train from there. It was a great experience, made perfect by the loft’s location! We can’t wait to visit again!

Could Have Been Better

The property is cute and spacious for a downtown property. We enjoyed having the space to cook and hang out during our trip to Louisville. Unfortunately, only the back bedroom is suitable for sleeping in a loft where the train runs right by the front of the building. Room darkening blinds or curtains would really help, along with a very loud sound machine. The train comes through multiple times during the night and typically at 5am in the morning. We also did not have internet for the first two days of our stay. The issue was with an outside wire, which we understood was not in the control of the property manager. When I asked at the end if there would be any sort of refund for the inconvenience, I didn’t even get a response. We run a business as well and understand that there are things beyond control of your company but an inconvenience to the customer should always be met with some sort of customer reimbursement. Overall, a decent place to stay for our visit but we won’t be back again.
