Lovely 1 Bedroom Downstairs Apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit; perfect for a getaway to Salt Lake City. This small space has everything you'll need and is so comfortable.

We do our best to give guest space to truly acclimate while they are visiting, but I am available if you have questions or need something. We are also sometime around maintaining the property, but we try to keep this to a minimum to preserve our guests privacy.

Ninth and Ninth, Downtown, Liberty Wells

Kitchen/Livingroom combo with Roku TV, fully equipped kitchen, sofa makes out to twin bed if needed; queen sized super cozy bed with plenty of storage and the cutest well appointed bathroom. We made every effort to use the space wisely to maximize comfort.

Visited daughter staying in upstairs unit

Very well stocked kitchen - a lot of options for coffee prep which we really appreciated. Entire unit well stocked with paper goods, linens etc. Owner was also VERY responsive when needed (not often). For a basement unit - it was very comfortable! We would stay again.

Natalie was a lovely guest; left our home in a very clean condition with no damage. Followed the house rules except their partner smoking which left a smoke odor in the house and her communication with me was good. Natalie is very welcome to return!

The location is perfect and the apartment was absolutely perfect and adorable. The property manager was kind and delivered check-in and check-out information in a timely manner and made the stay wonderful. I enjoyed having the option to park my car behind a gate, which made coming and going very easy. Only thing is the street to park your car on is narrow, so if you have a bigger vehicle be conscious of that. Other than that I loved everything about my stay. 10/10 would love to stay again!
