This cozy apartment is located in the 1st. Floor of the house 'fresh breeze' in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg only 200m from the sandy beach. It is easily accessible via the elevator but also via the staircase. In 2015, we have our about 48 square meters large Non smoking apartment for up to 4 people tastefully and comfortably newly furnished. In the large sunny living room there are two leather sofas, one of which is equipped as a sofa bed with kofomfortablem slatted frame (lying area 150 x 195 cm). The 32-flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player and USB port provide for the 'technical entertainment'. From the cozy dining area, which is also located in the living room, you have direct access to the kitchen. The extensive kitchen equipment includes a 4 ring ceramic hob with oven and a spacious fridge freezer and a microwave. Of course, a dishwasher may not be missing. Through the spacious hallway with a built-in wardrobe you reach the bathroom with a shower and the bedroom, which has a double bed with adjustable slatted frame and two separate mattresses (each 80x200cm), a clock radio, another wardrobe and a small desk. Due to the south-west orientation of the balcony you have the sun all day and can enjoy breakfast in the morning. The house has a swimming pool and table tennis room, which can be used free of charge. The sauna and tennis court are available for a fee. If after the romp on the beach once washer and dryer are needed, no problem. These are also available in the house. Iron and ironing board can be found as well as a high chair in our apartment.
