Muskoka Lakefront Cottage on Riley Lake, located 35 minutes from Gravenhurst, Ontario. Three Bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. Large kitchen comes complete with Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Makers, and Popcorn Machine. Four-piece Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and Laundry Room has full sized Washer and Dryer. Large screen TV in the living room. Unlimited Wi Fi with excellent reception. Rental includes a propane BBQ, Private Deck, Dock, Paddle Boat, and Canoe. Motorized fishing boat is available for rental, locally. Non-smoking home, on a level lot with Western Exposure and ample parking. Great fishing (Bass, Pike, and Pickerel).

CHECK-IN IS AT 3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT IS AT 11:00 AM

To book (or for further information) please message or call/text Rick at 416 938-8672. Phone calls and texts messages will often be answered before email/messages. I will respond to my email/messages, but it is only checked about once per day.

There is an additional agreement that guests must accept and sign, which will be sent to all guests upon confirming a reservation.

Jasna and her husband Georgi were wonderful guests. They were very mindful of the cottage rules and left our cottage as clean as it was when they first arrived. Their little dog was a delight to be around and we would definately welcome them all back, anytime they wish to return.

Home away from Home

Everything from the minute we got there until the minute we left was incredible. The cottage was immaculate and plenty of storage and room. The hosts were pleasant, warm and welcoming. We wanted for nothing. The view was nothing short of spectacular. This cottage makes for a great vacation with all the amenities of home. We will be back and we cannot wait.

Peter and his family are wonderful people. They resepected the house rules and were a delight to have. There are seasoned travellers for sure. My wife and I both felt that they were fun loving and outgoing. So much so, that we would be delighted to have them return whenever they wish. Especially because our cottage was left in an ideal state, perfecttly cleaned and with everything back in its place - exaxctly as it had been, when tthey arrived.

The best relaxing getaway!

Our family visited this cottage, and we will be making this an annual trip!! Waking up to lake views while having our coffee, lake views while enjoying breakfast/lunch/dinner and while playing cards and games, seeing the gorgeous stars at night, sitting on the dock and taking in the most peaceful and serene lake sounds… it honestly doesn’t get any better than this!!! I could go on and on. We also fished, caught our dinner. It was so good!! Absolutely love Riley Lake and this cottage, and the host Rick was super helpful! 5 stars! Will be back!

My wife, Annette, and I have been married for thirty three wonderful years and we have three children together. We attend church and spend most of our free time entertaining guests at our cottage on Riley Lake.

The cottage is nestled among mature trees, on a sun drenched property that boasts sunshine from dawn until dusk. You will likely see wildlife along our 6 km private cottage road on your way in, and on peaceful walks during your stay. Boat to anywhere on the lake by canoe or paddle boat. Exploring Riley Lake's many bays and inlets, whether by powerboat or stand up paddle board, provides breathtaking views and an opportunity for adventure, around every corner.

Riley Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in Muskoka, so the water is excellent for swimming and boating, as well as being very safe for cooking and cleaning. The rental cottage is one of two cottages located on our private lakefront property. We are available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have, or address any issue that may arise. We are never more than a phone call away, and look forward to making your stay a safe and enjoyable one, full of memories for a lifetime.
