My home away from home

This was my second stay at the Fourth House. Eric is a wonderful host, the property is comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. It is my go to property when business brings me to Jacksonville.

Cute, Comfy, Convenient

We just finished a 5 day stay at Forth House. Everything was perfect, from the comfy beds and bedding, to the peaceful decor, to well-stocked kitchen and bath. We walked to several delicious restaurants nearby so the location suited our needs to a T. I highly recommend Forth House. The communication with the host was great!

Awful.

My friend and I stayed at the Butterfly Getaway. Upon my arrival the floor was covered in human/ pet hair, the utensils were dirty as if someone used them and just put them back in the drawer. There was hair on the oven. I contacted the owner for a refund but they kept ignoring my request and wanted to send the cleaners for another thorough cleaning after me driving 15 hours prior. I do not recommend booking, there’s definitely better around.

Perfect Stay!

The property was decorated beautifully, the beds and couch so comfortable, there happened to be an empty lot across the street for dog exercise, and the neighborhood is so adorable!! You won't want to leave!
