Lusso completamente rinnovato nel cuore di Seagrove Beach, a pochi passi o in bicicletta da Seaside. Completamente rinnovato nel 2016, Palms A13 presenta finiture di alto livello come splendidi controsoffitti in quarzo, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi mobili da cucina e nuovi pavimenti in tutto il condominio. Oltre a un'importante ristrutturazione della cucina, anche i bagni sono stati aggiornati.

Ci sono mobili nuovi di zecca in tutto il condominio aggiornato. Il condominio dispone di una camera da letto con un nuovo letto king size, con un bagno adiacente. Ci sono lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi di zecca in tutto. Oltre alla camera da letto, c'è un divano letto nel soggiorno con un materasso aggiornato e due letti a castello nel corridoio. C'è anche un ulteriore bagno completo nel corridoio.

Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino o il tuo cocktail pomeridiano sul balcone mentre guardi le splendide acque color smeraldo. Se sei fortunato, i delfini ti regaleranno uno spettacolo a metà mattinata nel golfo. Questa unità si trova al terzo piano, che massimizza la vista sulla sabbia bianca candida e sulla splendida acqua del golfo.

The Palms ha un accesso privato e recintato alla spiaggia per gli ospiti. Seaside si trova a breve distanza in bici per fare shopping, cenare e concerti e film all'aperto gratuiti stagionali. Scenic Highway 30A offre una pista ciclabile di 27 miglia che consente di esplorare le varie comunità lungo la 30A tra cui Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach e Rosemary Beach.

Great Place

This place was very clean, plenty of all the essentials you need. The owner contacted me personally when I booked, prior to arriving and while I was the he checked to see if I needed anything. Great view of the ocean with easy access. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great condo

Enjoyed this condo on the 3rd floor - loved the firm bed & comfortable couches, & appreciated the smart tv (which is bigger than picture looks). The view is fantastic! Good balcony to have morning tea or coffee. Easy to arrange for beach chairs and umbrella - attendant is always right at the bottom of the stairs to the beach. Also appreciated 2nd bathroom and plenty of towels. Hope to stay here again!

Great stay at the Palms, the view from the third floor is great - earned well with traveling up and down the steps. The place is clean and mostly quiet. Some construction going on the lot next door started kind of early each morning. If I were to stay here again I’d bring a few more necessities for the kitchen like dish soap and paper towels which were not provided. All instructions were clear and it was easy to access the apartment, beach and pool.

Nice place to spend Christmas 🎄

We had a great week in the condo just checking out from the world. This was a nice place to do it. We would like to stay here again in the future; maybe when it is a little warmer.

Fun week!

Very fun week and great accommodations. Comfortable bed and nice to have two bathrooms. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Only drawback was the condo being on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Great location

Perfect spot for our family. Walk down the stairs and you're on the beach, makes a difference if you have little ones. View from the balcony is hard to beat. Close to Seaside, gas station very close, plenty of parking, private beach that wasn't crowded. 5 stars.

Clean and comfortable

Clean with a nice view and spacious non busy beach. We loved our stay. Be aware this condo is on the third floor with only stairs to access it. We didn’t mind though. Bring your own paper towels and shampoo and any cooking ingredients. There is plenty of cookware.

Amazing views and great location!

We didn't want to leave! This condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. My husband and I road our bikes to Seaside and around the area. Great location and would definitely recommend! Hopefully we will be returning soon! Steve - if your ever looking to sell or need someone to look after the place for you, please let me know! :)

Another Great Stay at The Palms

We have been staying at The Palms for years now and have rented many units there. This was our first time in A13 and on the top floor, and let me tell you--the view is stunning! The stairs are brutal, but worth it once you get there. The kitchen and living room are mostly updated and equipped with everything we needed for the trip. The bed is more firm than we are used to, but we quickly adjusted and slept well. The washer and dryer were more efficient than in most rental units, so that was a plus when I realized all of the fresh towels and linens smelled like smoke. The condo was mostly clean, but the bathrooms needed work for us to feel comfortable settling in. I relayed this info to the owner, realizing these rentals are often in the hands of housekeeping services and owners don't know if you don't tell them. Aside from housekeeping, my only other issue was a delay in getting check-in info. I had to contact VRBO to get in, which has never happened to us before. They connected me with the owner and he was very nice and apologetic.

Real condition of My Toes in the Sand

I did not want to post this very honest review but because I can not get the owner to contact me so I could discuss directly with him, I am posting. First there is no elevator so you must carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. Anyone not capable to do this be warned. Also, the unit was not very clean. The mattress is worn out and there was only the sheets on the bed which are paper thin, and full of piles which are very scratchy. They also look dirty as does the comforter. The couch is also worn out, sit on it and sink way down. It also looks dirty and I put a beach towel on it to sit on. The floors in each room have a cracku in the tiles that runs across the entire room. There were 4 bath rags total for 2 bathrooms and they were paper thin, stained, just plain worn out. The bath towels were also stained. There is a washer and dryer so you can wash them to make sure they are at least clean. We had to wash all dishes before we could use them also. This is the worst unit we have ever stayed in but the one plus was the view. Thankfully we really only had to bathe and sleep there as we were there for a wedding and the festivities and beach kept us busy. I'm not sure why there are any good reviews on here unless they did not come from real renters. Also, I really wonder how long it's been since the owner has been there to check it out himself. He asked me to let him know about anything wrong but again, he will not return my phone calls to let him know. I hate to think that someone might drive hours to the beach expecting a decent place to stay and then be very disappointed with the conditions of this rental unit.

I’m sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at the condo. I don’t know about you trying to contact me about any of this, as I always try to stay accessible to our renters. I would have liked to handle this personally with you, but I understand that you have every right to make your grievances public. I have rented this condo for over 10 years without every receiving a review like this. In that time there have been minor issues that I was able to handle and correct. We do not advertise having an elevator, as the VRBO listing shows that we do not have handicap accessibility. You never mentioned to me that you possibly have issues walking up stairs. We are on the third floor, and you do have to walk up the stairs, but on the other hand, for that walk, you gain the most beautiful views on the beach. Thank you for your input. I am sorry that you will not be able to check out the unit now that we have totally remodeled our condo this winter..

Great beach getaway

It is an older property but the unit was clean and the landscape is well maintained, palm trees give it a good vibe. Nice beach, white sand. Short bicycle ride to Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Definitely would recommend.
