The Host was great with communication. The location was ideal for both the beach lover and shopper. The studio was nicely renovated and very clean. Also, very quiet and well lit at nighttime. Looking forward to our return trip.

What a wonderful spot to stay! The studio was clean and in a perfect location for beach lovers and shoppers. We enjoyed walking to the beach and grabbing dinner on 3rd. Everything was absolutely perfect for our mother daughter trip and I can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Location

A block from the beach and only minutes from shops and restaurants. The amenities for this condo were not great, however.

RELAXING NAPLES VISIT

This clean and bright renovated studio was a terrific spot for a few day get-away to Naples! The location is Great! A short walk to the beach and pier and only a few blocks from the 3rd street shops and restaurants. The pool was refreshing and we were grateful for the availability of the beach chairs (and there is also an umbrella). If you are looking for a beach location situated in a beautiful neighborhood - this is a great spot!

A Studio in Paradise

We have been staying in Naples for 5 years. This studio exceeded our expectations in location, totally renovated with furnishings that are modern and up to date. great pool and a half block from the beautiful beaches of Naples. Great location!! Easy walk to 5th as well as just being on Gulf Shore Drive. Wonderful, wonderful!! Avery is on top of everything and very responsive.

Perfect couple getaway

This is just a beautiful newly refreshed efficiency. Everything is simple and easy, lovely accommodation and right in the heart of the pier area. Walk to everything, two blocks to beach, 1 block to shopping and many great restaurants. It's a terrific walking area or biking. We walked to 5th Ave., The Cove, the beach, the bay. If you want to drive the parking is on premises. This unit is on the second floor and there is an elevator. Loved it!

Very nice and great location!

Enjoyed our stay and can't beat the location! Less than a block walk to the beach! On Saturday's there is the Third Street South Farmers Market within walking distance. Also, the onsite laundry facility is only 2 or 3 doors down from this unit. Very close and convenient. And to get a channel lineup for the TV you can google "Xfinity channel lineup for Naples, FL". We did that and it helped a lot! Won't have all the channels but look for "Limited Basic" or "Digital Starter" channels. And Tony was available for any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

The property was clean and comfortable with a very nice pool. Location was amazing-so close to all the 3rd st shops and restaurants and a block from beach. Only problem was mid week the oven stopped working after about 12 minutes into cooking my dinner and TV stopped working. I texted the manager/owner and his reply was just basically oops sorry they worked up until now. He didn’t offer any assistance or advice or to send someone over to fix anything.
