Nashvilleurbanretreats presents this spacious 2 bed 2 bath that was outfitted by Nashville's best designer. Sliding doors lead to the largest outdoor deck with an electric grill in this boutique building. The deck has a curated space for outdoor dining and entertainment with a few fun outdoor games to loosen up before heading out to downtown Nashville, which is minutes away. Have some fun posing in front of a mural done by one of our favorite Nashville muralists as well as the cool neon angel wings.

The apartment is located IN THE CITY, and with that there are some city noises like traffic. We offer a sound machine for a relaxing night!

Laundry room available in the building.

Luggage Storage Bounce next door (inside Dripbar) for your convenience. Please, verify hours of operation and rates on their website, usebounce.com

Paid parking garage plus plenty of street parking available.

IMPORTANT: You will receive a message up to 24 hours before your stay with unique entry codes. It will give you access from 3:00 pm check-in time until 10:00 am check-out time. The designated code will work on the unit door and all common doors in the building.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. The condo its self has great amenities. We have stayed in tjis complex once before. Close for me to downtown just by walking or 5 dollar uber. Loved the balcony.

Well stocked for anything you would need. Excellent spot for some quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. Excellent communication and help answering any questions. The outside deck was awesome! Found street parking when we got there no problem, and then used Ubers to get around the city safely. Quick ride to broadway but could walk if you chose. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great place, we had 6 ladies for CMA fest. Loved the openness of living room and kitchen. Outdoor furniture needs updating as it was mildewed. And 2 green chairs need replacing. Feel like they are wobbly.

Comfortable and Convenient

Good proximity to Broadway. We walked it once but Ubered the rest. Not a bad walk, just a little too far for 60. House was well equipped and comfortable. It was a nice retreat from the activities.

New Years in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 4 adults and two teenagers. It was clean and updated. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking a meal. The large private porch was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Place in the Muse with hand painted palm leaves! So, refreshing.

The residents in the building were super nice, the hostess Bruna was quick to respond. The coffee was very good in the condo. My husband and son-n-law made a 2 min walk for beverages and adult beverages. We found street parking really easy. Uber is 3-4 minutes away each time.

Perfect Stay

Loved our stay. The place is well decorated, well stocked, clean and comfortable (the beds were wonderful!). The location was a short walk to Music City Center where we had our conference. At night, a quick Uber/Lyft ride. The security of the building was great. Thank you Bruna!

Getting to know Nashville

The property was clean and well stocked. We have everything we needed for our stay. We had three in our party, but there were beds for many more. As mentioned in the description there is road noise. But luckily they provided a noise machine. The went to sleep to the sound of the ocean. We would stay there again

Modern and clean.

Perfect for our work trip. Walking distance tp many things. Secure building, and the deck was awesome! We spent every night hanging out there. The owner always quickly responded to my messages which was appreciated.
