About this property

Charming Getaway - 2 bedroom townhome in Ft. Walton Beach. Pet Friendly

Spacious rustic style 2 bedroom/1 1/2 bath townhouse just 6 miles to Okaloosa Island beaches. If you don't feel like eating out, we have a complete full kitchen to enjoy a home-cooked meal. In the evening, rest on the back patio and enjoy a warm fire in the fire pit (use at your own risk, and the guest is responsible for clean-up). Get a good night's sleep on our Premium Puffy mattress' in both rooms. Note: garage is NOT for guest use.

As much as we love dogs, we prefer small breeds but may accept bigger breeds with prior approval (please inquire before booking). 2 dog maximum. Pet fee is for each pet. $100 pet fee/per pet for over 20 lbs.

Note that due to Florida having tropical insects, amphibians, etc.. The space is treated regularly for pests, however, you may come across palmetto bugs, roaches, mosquitos, nats, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Security Cameras
The property has security cameras capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. “There are no cameras inside, all cameras are on the exterior of the home. Location -Outside - Front- doorbell, and driveway. Back-Patio.

Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Outside, including the patio is allowed as long as you clean any waste from such activity. You may be charged up to $250 for any smoke damage/scent left inside the property for we will have to treat the property before the next guest arrives.

During Hurricane Season: Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance due we can not predict the weather during your booking.

It was a cute, charming 2 bedroom unit. Every room was decorated so nicely. Spacious for me and my 2 younger children. There was a Walmart for groceries which was nice. And other little shops. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very easy to contact. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Townhouse

I booked this location because it was the closest that I could I find near Eglin AFB. It was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and equipped with new appliances in the kitchen. Parking for two was a bit tight, but we made it work. Chanell was very responsive every time I had a question or an issue. Will definitely book again if we are in the area in the future.

Why they chose this property

We want you to feel as though you are at your home away from home, we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Instead of focusing on how much revenue we can get and buying the cheap things we have provided high-end mattresses and cozy warm decor. We want repeat guests that will spread the word about the best Townhome in Ft. Walton Beach. As much as we love pets, we do accept dogs, preferably under 20 lbs. for a pet fee of $75.00. We may negotiate larger dogs but there will be an additional fee of $25.00. This fee covers deep cleaning to reduce allergies for the next guest.

Another thing to note is that due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, fish, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.
