Newly Renovated, 3-bedroom Home located in beautiful Ft Walton Beach Florida. Located minutes to the Beach, Okaloosa Island Pier and Crab Island. Publix and the Downtown area are a couple of blocks away. This lovely home offers 2 queen beds and bunk beds for the kids. A comfortable living area with a sofa bed for extra space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a totally equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Keurig dual coffee maker, AC, and WiFi and (2) New 75" Smart TV's during your stay. The bathroom features a bathtub/ shower. Looking forward to your booking!

This property is a hidden gem! The house has all the comforts of home and then some. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The extra living area was a huge bonus. The neighborhood was quiet & close to everything. The house was very clean and smelled nice.

The house was super clean, spacious for the five of us, and looked exactly like the pictures. Randy is such a good host. He checked in and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean

Beautifully refreshed cottage. Close to a nice park and amenities. Quiet and private fenced enclosed backyard. The house is beautifully decorated and well furnished. The only downside is that the other houses on the street appear to be evacant and many in ill repair with multiple cars parked on the properties.

Slice of paradise

Everything was purely amazing! The host provided me and my fiancée anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect. Youre literally 10 mins or less from everywhere you want to go. There's turtles that come from the park that is only a block away guarding the house. So you know you will be safe staying there! All i have to say everything was perfect and i cant wait to come back!

The location struck the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. The host was phenomenal—extremely responsive, warm, and genuinely accommodating throughout our entire stay. It’s rare to find a rental that feels both like a retreat and a home away from home, but this one absolutely did. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Elliot Point is an area of Ft Walton that is located to just about everything. You're right across the bridge to the beaches. You're walking distance to Ferry Park, which includes Frisbee Golf, tennis courts and a walking path. The Downtown area is a short drive away, which includes shopping and restaurants. And Uptown station is also close by for even more shopping.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I bought the home a couple of years ago and decided to restore it to it's 1965 cottage style, with all the modern upgrades. It's been a lot of fun bringing it back to it's glory. The property has some wonderful shade trees is what I think makes it unique.
