About this property

Casa Blue Jay Beach Home, let it be your vacation home too.

We are located on Gulf Island Condominiums Apartment 623. Navarre Beach is on a barrier island, Santa Rosa. You will have access to both beach and Santa Rosa Bay. Shops and beach rentals are located around the corner from us. Great bike/walk paths along the island. The apartment has built in bunk beds, sofa bed and a Queen size bed, comfortably sleeps 6. Kitchen has all the necessary appliance from toaster to coffee maker. Pot and pans and seasonings needed to cook a home meal. This is our Beach home and we would love to share it with you. HOA prohibits any RV, tr ailers, golf carts, trailer hitches and jet skis to be parked overnight.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors and return the keys
Set AC at 76 during October to March, 74 April to September.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be courteous to our neighbors and guests. Please Do Not use Towels for the beach, towels can be used for swimming pool.
NO Grilling on the balcony. NO RV's, Fifth Wheels or anything on a hitch
Please dispose trash on either two garbage containers in the Parking Lot. Please use both containers.

This place was perfect! It’s close proximity to local restaurants and the pier, as well as a short drive to Pensacola, made the location ideal. The apartment was clean, homey, and the extra amenities like laundry detergent, spices, and coffee made this stay much more comfortable. I highly recommend!

Great Location!

We stayed at the condo for 5 nights and had a great time! The condo was clean, easy to find and Wendy was quick to respond whenever I had questions. It’s a quick walk to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the pier and restaurants, and has a pool! Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for something a little more quiet than the condos right on the beach.

It’s across the street from the ocean and the balcony faces the parking lot. The bed is comfortable, kitchen is fine and two bathrooms make it nice.

It was great no problems. 2nd seating could be more comfortable. Couch was fine. One of few viewing court instead of outward facing bay or sound. We prefer a king bed. Price was most reasonable. Would stay there again.

Too Short!!

We had a wonderful time on vacation during the Thanksgiving break. The water was cool, but we enjoyed the sunny days and time looking for shells. The Condo was a perfect, great fit for a family of five. Clean, easy to find things, and a great stay.

Quiet and Cozy

Casa Blue Jay was a wonderful landing spot for spring break. We didn't want the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions, just the sun on our skin and the wind in our hair, and this area did not disappoint! The neighborhood was quiet and the locals were incredibly friendly. It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Super easy check in/check out. Wendy and Larrin (hosts) were quick to respond to questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We'll definitely stay again the next time we're in Navarre.

Wonderful place and great location!

So convenient to everything that Navarre Beach has to offer. The condo was clean and well maintained. The space was large enough for my wife and I to be comfortable without being on top of each other while cozy enough for watching TV or sharing meals together. The parking was a bit of an adventure as part of the complex is under renovation, but that doesn’t impact your stay. Thanks to our wonderful hosts.

Property was great. But there are no trailers allowed which was not converyed. It olu said no motorhomes, which left us with our boat and nowhere to leave it. The family upstairs was very noisy with two little kids running around and a dad yelling at them waking us up after misdnight. Not the owners fault by any means. From Navare. Came.back.for a quick stay..disappointed about the boat but all else was great. Found a storage lot that took it at the last minute.

The most relaxing place in Florida- YES!

We visited from Houston with our 2 kids. This condo was the perfect place to rest our heads at night. We were able to cook meals, which helped keep food costs down. All cooking utensils were provided. There were even basic pantry items like salt, pepper and coffee liners. The bed was comfy, and my kids loved the bunk beds. Smart TV's with Netflix and Amazon were nice to have too. The condo was clean, and had plenty of TP and PT for us. Navarre Beach is absolutely beautiful. It is a short walk across the street and through a parking lot. I had no trouble carrying supplies for myself and kids, along with keeping the kids corralled as we crossed the street. My kids swam in the pool once. It is small, and the were bummed that there wasn't a hot tub (it was kinda chilly when we visited, low to mid 60's). But, they enjoyed it nonetheless. There were a number of hummingbirds feeding on the plants around the pool, which was cool! We really enjoyed our stay on Navarre Beach at Casa Blue Jay, and we can't wait to visit again!

We are Wendy and Larrin Orellana. We have 4 year twins, boy and girl. We live in Metairie (just outside of New Orleans). We love Navarre and decided to buy a beach home. Whenever it is not rented we take a ride and enjoy a day or two with our children. We love to walk on the beach and drink coffee by the balcony. We are a welcoming and friendly couple. We are building memories as a family in Navarre, we are hoping to share the same joy with others.

Why they chose this property

We feel blessed to have found this location since it is so close to mostly everything on the island. Navarre Beach is not too commercialized as others cities nearby Pensacola and Destin. It allows you and your family to relax and spend quality time with each other. We have beach rentals around the corner, along with restaurants and ice creams shops within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Since it is located on a barrier island, you have access to both the Santa Rosa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. You can take Gulf Blvd east towards Pensacola, stop on the many National Park beaches along the way and continue all the way to Fort Pickens. The best benefit is that it is a true beach community and not a overly commercialized destination but it is close to them that if you were in need to visit, it is just a 25 min ride to Destin or Pensacola.
