This large 5-bedroom home features a great room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, a dining room, and a sunroom with gas fireplace. There’s a spacious kitchen, laundry room and a huge deck overlooking the golf course. Relax in the hot tub on the back patio or cozy up to the propane firepit. This home has 5 TVs and high speed Internet.

The master bedroom is on the main level and features a king bed, ensuite bath and gorgeous New Mexican wood furniture. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms – two with a king bed in each and the third with a queen. The fifth bedroom is a large bunk room behind the upstairs bedrooms that also shares a full bath (please note that access to the bunkroom is through either the King or the Queen bedroom. The bunk room has vaulted ceilings, cedar sided walls, 2 sets of bunkbeds (sleeps 4), a Smart TV and a work desk. It shares a bath with one of the King bedrooms.

The home features a covered back patio that overlooks the wooded back yard. The back patio features a propane firepit and a propane grill as well as a hot tub for soaking after a day of hiking, skiing or biking or simply for star gazing. The large front deck overlooks hole 15 of the golf course and is the perfect place to watch wildlife. This home is only a few blocks from the Angel Fire Country Club and a very short drive to the Ski Mountain and the world class Mountain Bike Park.

There is a two-car garage where you can store your bike/ski gear. It also features a ping pong table and a dart board for more family fun. Please note that there is no parking in the garage.
