While we realize not everyone comes to Florida to go fishing, Ft Myers is an excellent destination for serious sportsmen and sportswomen! We have everything you'll need to enjoy your sportsman's getaway... or more simply a place to soak up some southwest Florida sunshine!
Bringing a boat? Trailer it to Rosen Park in Cape Coral, and navigate less than a nautical mile to our dock to tie up. Park your truck and trailer at our property. Then, go fishing! Saltwater or Freshwater - or both!
Interested in hunting turkey, hog, or whitetail buck? Visit one of several local outfitters and work toward your Grand Slam, or bring home some tender Florida bacon or venison!!
Or maybe you'd like a more traditional Florida vacation! Enjoy the pool, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, local shopping, wonderful restaurants, or a spa day! A splash park is nearby as well! We have a new 58-inch TV above the bar to watch your favorite sports games while enjoying the pool.
How about a night on the town? Take a 10 minute drive across the river to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Ft. Myers, or take a 15 minute drive in the other direction toward southwest Cape Coral!
Southwest Florida is the perfect choice for a winter respite, a family reunion, or just maybe, a sportsman's retreat.

Hi! We have lived in southwest Florida since 2018. After living in land-locked states for our lives, we now love soaking up the warm Florida sunshine and being on the water fishing, diving, or snorkeling.

Why they chose this property

This property has everything we want - not just a wonderful home, but a massive functional garage, a pool with an outdoor bar, a large fenced yard, and 70 feet of sea wall and dock at the end of a short canal along the Caloosahatchee River.

What makes this property unique

Guests bringing a boat may choose to fish in salt or freshwater. There is ample room to park a truck and trailer on the driveway or in the backyard. We offer a gun safe in the rental unit if you choose to take on a turkey, deer, or boar hunt nearby and need a safe place to store your weapons.
