Waterfront oasis with heated pool, kayaks & private dock. Just 5 minutes from Downtown Fort Myers or a short paddle to the Caloosahatchee River, this retreat blends comfort, privacy, and fun. Swim in the heated pool, fish or kayak from the dock, and relax by the fire pit.
Sleeps 7 comfortably in 2 bedrooms, plus sofa beds for up to 9–10 guests.

* Master Bedroom: 1 King bed + 1 Sofa bed (with topper for extra comfort)
* Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds (bunk style) + 1 XL Twin trundle bed
* Living Room: 1 Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2)
