Enjoy this 2 bedroom condo by Beach, Casino, Boardwalk, and Waterpark!

This renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo in Atlantic City North Beach area is ready for you and the family. This is a No Smoking Condo. This unit features a private deck, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, dining area, free wi-fi central air, outdoor pool and the list goes on! Located by Showboat and its indoor amusement center-with go carts and across the street is Island Water Park. We are a couple of blocks from the Hard Rock. One block from the amazing beach, boardwalk, restaurants, Steel Pier, Island Waterpark and close to the Aquarium. Amenities include 1 free parking space. All bedrooms have bathrooms on suite and carpeting. Bedroom1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator/freezer , microwave, stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, keurig and an electric range. A Covered outside balcony with 2 chairs , a table and a large living room with a 55 in TV, 2 couches, chairs and dining set. Central air, WIFI, security camera and 1 assigned parking space . There are steps to condo and in condo to bedroom level . All bedrooms have smart TV's. Island Water Park-100,000 sq foot indoor outdoor water park located across the street. Small dogs (under 20 lbs.) may be allowed but Atlantic City requires that they be licensed.
Note: Odors from food, smoke or other sources from outside or other units may be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind before booking.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return pool bracelets and parking decals. Take out trash to dumpster. Run dirty dishes in dishwasher. Leave the linens for the cleaning crew to wash. Lock all windows and doors.
Lock will stop working at 11 am . Plan on checking out prior to 11 . Do lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was excellent. I’ve stayed at several casinos on the strip but this was a way better experience. Easy parking, secure, close to everything! We stayed for a cheer competition family of three. Only thing I’d comment on is the heat upstairs works really well. Only thing missing was a fan!

Great location and functionality!

You can tell the area and property are older but it’s well maintained and very comfortable. We parked an extra car a block away in a garage that is 15 but we left it four days so was just 15! Dollar general two blocks away and great breakfast bagel place under 7 min walk. Appreciated the coffee and toiletries. Neighbors are super helpful as most live there year round. Would come back!

The location was perfect, since our main reason was to go to the water park at the Showboat Casino. The apartment was nice and clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It was very easy to access the property and the host responds almost immediately to any request or issues you may have. I'll definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem

Cozy property, one short block from Ocean Casino. So much nicer to drive up to the property then trudging through a casino and not worry about parking decks. Few minutes walk to the board walk and the Atlantic Ocean. Condo was clean and has all the amenities you need. Bedrooms were nice and toasty on a cold winter day. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with good showers. Owners are very responsive. They went out of their way to help me with a personal problem. Highly recommend and would stay again.
