Was a wonderful property. Close to beach,golf, restaurants. When we arrived the pool was full of green algae. We contacted the boat and the next day the pool guy came late in the day and cleaned the pool and got it working and put cleaning chemicals in it. We were told not to use the pool for 24 hours. We couldn't use the pool for 2 days. Besides that I would recommend the house to everyone. Great communication with host made it even more enjoyable.

It was all generally good with the exception of lighting. The lighting in the dining room is a very “white and cold” LED lighting which was not conducive to wanting to use the room. And lighting in the family room was not dimmable so again, very bright and not a good feel. Otherwise we enjoyed the accommodations.

Fabulous beach house in Naples!

Stayed here with family and friends and the house did not disappoint. Kids were entertained by the pool and hottub all day long. Beach is right down the road. Perfect location to everything you will need on your vacation.

Spacious house, the pictures do not justice to the interior size of the rooms and common areas. Pool was great fun for the kids and centrally located near the beach. Good value.

50th wedding anniversary

We rented this property to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We all had a blast. Very clean, great location, nice neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were so nice that we hopped in every day, even though we picked the place in part because it was within walking distance of the beach. Incredibly responsive management too -- we had a question about how to use the hot tub, and they sent someone over in under 10 minutes and got it sorted immediately.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was well located and nicely furnished; however, the pool/spa heater was inoperable for 3 of our 4 day stay and management, despite their good faith effort was unsuccessful in repairing it; Management then offered to refund a portion of the charges, like the pool heater fee and a portion of the administrative fee, but they have failed and refused to do so despite repeated requests for their cooperation

Great location near Vanderbilt beach. House is clean and we enjoyed the roominess and comfortable accommodations. However, the pool and hot tub/spa were mostly unusable during our stay. Upon arrival, the pool temperature was 72 degrees and the property manager explained that the pool heater had been shut off by the previous guests. She assured me that it would quickly heat to 88 degrees by the following day. Unfortunately, the pool temp never reached that with the warmest temp being 83 degrees on the fifth and final day of our stay. Yes, there were some cool evenings, but the heater wasn't able to heat the pool more than 2 or 3 degrees each day. Also, the hot tub/spa wasn't much better. It took two hours to heat to 92 degrees and never reached more than 95 degrees. The spa jets also do not work (verified by the pool technician) from either controller. The outdoor area/pool is a major feature of this property, but it doesn't live up to the pictures. Equipment is old and unable to properly heat the pool and spa properly. I requested a partial refund from the property manager, however, that hasn't occurred as of this posting.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My whole reason for picking this property was to have a working hot tub and pool. Sometimes there was no water in the hot tub, or it was cold. Never got the blue ray player to work. The manager was nice but if you're going to this place make sure they tell you everything is working properly.
