About the host
Hosted by Nikki Eisinger
Hi! We are Karl, Nikki and twins Coco and Franka. We've travelled and/or lived all over the world, and are blessed to call this piece of heaven home.
Why they chose this property
We do our best to be good stewards of the land ~ from river restoration, to regenerative farming, our aim is to share it with others, and leave it better for the next generation. Our ranch is a special place. Rails to Trails/part of the PNW Trail runs through the property, as does the Tobacco River. We recognize that these are the traditional lands of the Kootenai tribe, who fished this river, and grew a ceremonial tobacco here, giving the area (Tobacco Valley) and the river it's name.
What makes this property unique
If you find comfort in the sound of highway noise, crowds, or nightlights, our ranch might not be for you! =) We work hard to ensure a quiet and serene setting where you can watch wildlife, gaze at the milky way or see northern lights, and (hopefully) unplug from the hustle and bustle of our high tech world.
