The house was very clean, but it is an older house so places may look a little dingy just due to age but still clean. The driveway is very narrow, so if you drive a larger vehicle it might be difficult to park in it (my Honda Pilot was fine but any bigger than that might be a struggle). It would be difficult to park on the street because of the amount of street parking on the other side of the street, and the street is not big enough for street parking on both sides. It is close to the UK campus, downtown, and many eating locations. The hosts are extremely responsive and the check-in process was very easy. The backyard is only partially fenced in, so just make note of that if traveling with dogs. Overall it’s a decent place to stay.

The place was clean and convenient to the University of Kentucky campus. I didn't use the kitchen, but the appliances seemed to be up to date. The house is not beautiful, and a couple places had a bit of a musty smell. The bed I slept in was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but nothing to write home about.
