Some of the farms close by are Cobra, Castleton Lyons, Spy Coast, Limestone Ridge, Hurricane Hall, Calumet, Spendthrift, Dixiana, Kentuckiana, Far Away, Three Chimneys, Walnut Hall, and Winchester to name a few.

If you are infatuated with the horse, this is the place to be. The self proclaimed Horse Capital of the world welcomes you! Tours can be arranged with prior notice. See sights from the movies Dreamer, Seabiscut, and Secretariat with in minutes of this home. Perfect place to unwind at night after a day at the races (Keeneland and Red Mile). Touring the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, or Thoroughbred Center, no worries 3-20 minutes away.

One bedroom with King bed, two bedrooms with queen beds. One tub shower combination, one large shower only. Central air, flat screen TVand DVD player. Kitchen and dining room. Washer and dryer. Large fenced backyard for your pet or for grilling on our gas grill. House is small in square footage, so perfect for a home base while touring the area.

We have two homes vrbo # 246734 and #492149 located across the street from this home. If you have a large group we can potentially accommodate according to availability!

This is by far the most Kentucky style ranch house available. Overall this house is as great as it gets - and at an amazing price per night. We had no issues. Simple process to book. Super easy check in. Extremely clean. Had everything we needed for a great 3 night stay. Very nice relaxing back yard - within walking distance of some of the best BBQ around. I’m bummed we couldn’t stay longer.

The home was immaculately clean! For anyone looking for for three bedroom with a backyard to stay especially those going to the Kentucky Horse Park this location is the best. I was also able to pull in a goose neck trailer with relative ease into the driveway.Night checks on horses only 5 min max with a great proximity to stores, restaurants, etc. 100% stay here again.
